The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

Terrible ordered taxi day before to pick up from a late night flight into Stansted with three small children. Rang the next day to confirm pick up and was assured the taxi would be there. once we arrived we had to ring three times to find out where the taxi was and.nobody seemed ti know anything about picking us up. we then got a call from the driver who.hadnt even left to tell us.he would.be 35-40 mins. Needless to say we wont be using or recommending this company again!

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE. Like the reviewer above. I was told the cab would arrive in about 10 mins. I waited an eternity. I was told after waiting 25 mins that it was 5 mins away and 20 mins later still no cab. The driver then told me he only got the order 5 mins earlier. Shocking.

Very good minicab service in mu humble opinion

DON'T USE THIS CAB SERVICE - Probably the worst mini cab service in North London. They say a car will be with you in 10 mins, when really none are available. Call up to find out after 30 mins why your car hasn't arrived, you'll be told it's 1 min away, when in reality it isn't even booked. An hour later - still waiting.

We booked the taxi online the website gave us the price, but when the taxi collected us he demanded that we pay nearly £20 extra. We finally agreed to pay £10 extra as we had landed from a long flight and we just wanted to get home. The driver was rude and even very unhelpful. He shouted at us and told us to 'shut up' when we tried to direct him to our home. I have never experienced a Taxi journey like this. STAY AWAY!!!

Driver picked me up from work adress, was running late for check in time. Driver came in 7 minutes to broad lane, he was polite and dead on time. i must say they deserve their name Five Star

Would give it zero stars if I could! Treated appallingly by both dispatch and the driver... Do not use this firm! A cab we ordered the day previously didn't turn up - it was an hour late and when I called to check on it, the man at dispatch kept hanging up on me. Then when we finally sorted alternative ride and I told the driver when he called, he told me I was a b*tch and wasted his time...

First Fairway & Kenwood experience this morning and we were met with rudeness from the driver. Demanded that we pay the fare upfront and when asked how his day was going, told us he didnt want to talk, an that we should just pay the money and not talk to him. Needs an urgent lesson in people skills.

I'll start with how Fairway & Kenwood responded to my complaint, because that was probably even worse than the initial incident. Over multiple months, I called dozens of times. Each time I was ignored or directed to a dead end. In retrospect, it is clear that this is actually Fairway & Kenwood's strategy in the face of complaints. At some point early in the process, I was told to ask for a man named Leon. When I subsequently called and asked for Leon, I was repeatedly told that he was out the office but would call back. All in all I was probably told this upwards of ten times, but I was never contacted by Leon or the company. Fairway & Kenwood also ignored emails to the email address of the company and Leon. As for the original incident: Fairway & Kenwood picked us up from the airport. We were delayed partly as a result of the flight's late arrival, and partly because of complications relating to medical equipment. DO NOT USE! Quoted £60 for a journey (to Heathrow airport), arrived 30mins late and driver wanted £70! Unacceptable. Lost a local customer! Goodbye!

They charged 63 £ despise the ride from Luton is 40 ,as thats what I jay with any cab ,also I asked how much it is to be told by the driver the receptionist was wrong and hes replacing someone so !!!!! Never again

Terrible service. Turned up 20 mins late without the car seats we didn't. Never use. They trade under multiple names - finchley cars, finchley minicabs etc. I have a disability and the stress of having no car to the airport was huge. I'm complaining to the PCO and my local mp as they are fraudsters.

Very unreliable, rude and unprofessional. Avoid to use this company at any cost. Especially if you need a cab to an airport. Booked and never turned up. Called the office 5 times, the guy on the phone was rude, put me on hold, hanging the line. It is a shame is not possible to rate with less than 1 star
