They are absolutely pathetic. Would arrive much earlier than the time you ask for and then will charge in the waiting time.

DO NOT USE! Quoted £60 for a journey (to Heathrow airport), arrived 30mins late and driver wanted £70! Unacceptable. Lost a local customer! Goodbye!

They charged 63 £ despise the ride from Luton is 40 ,as thats what I jay with any cab ,also I asked how much it is to be told by the driver the receptionist was wrong and hes replacing someone so !!!!! Never again

Terrible service. Turned up 20 mins late without the car seats we didn't. Never use. They trade under multiple names - finchley cars, finchley minicabs etc. I have a disability and the stress of having no car to the airport was huge. I'm complaining to the PCO and my local mp as they are fraudsters.

Very unreliable, rude and unprofessional. Avoid to use this company at any cost. Especially if you need a cab to an airport. Booked and never turned up. Called the office 5 times, the guy on the phone was rude, put me on hold, hanging the line. It is a shame is not possible to rate with less than 1 star

Would give it zero stars if I could! Treated appallingly by both dispatch and the driver... Do not use this firm! A cab we ordered the day previously didn't turn up - it was an hour late and when I called to check on it, the man at dispatch kept hanging up on me. Then when we finally sorted alternative ride and I told the driver when he called, he told me I was a b*tch and wasted his time...

First Fairway & Kenwood experience this morning and we were met with rudeness from the driver. Demanded that we pay the fare upfront and when asked how his day was going, told us he didnt want to talk, an that we should just pay the money and not talk to him. Needs an urgent lesson in people skills.

I'll start with how Fairway & Kenwood responded to my complaint, because that was probably even worse than the initial incident. Over multiple months, I called dozens of times. Each time I was ignored or directed to a dead end. In retrospect, it is clear that this is actually Fairway & Kenwood's strategy in the face of complaints. At some point early in the process, I was told to ask for a man named Leon. When I subsequently called and asked for Leon, I was repeatedly told that he was out the office but would call back. All in all I was probably told this upwards of ten times, but I was never contacted by Leon or the company. Fairway & Kenwood also ignored emails to the email address of the company and Leon. As for the original incident: Fairway & Kenwood picked us up from the airport. We were delayed partly as a result of the flight's late arrival, and partly because of complications relating to medical equipment. I would not recommend Comfort Cars. After a genuine mistake was made regarding a pick up, the cab driver took it upon himself to knock at my parents home address shouting abuse at my elderly Mother, threatening her, insulting her and demanding his money for the fare, leaving my Mum shaken and frightened. This is unacceptable and when reported to the office, nothing was done. Do not use this company.

I'm using the company from 2010. Very reliable company.
