Shocking service, turned up late to the airport and then with a car that was too small despite specifically asking for a larger car. Very poor end to a holiday. Will never use again.

I would not recommend Comfort Cars. After a genuine mistake was made regarding a pick up, the cab driver took it upon himself to knock at my parents home address shouting abuse at my elderly Mother, threatening her, insulting her and demanding his money for the fare, leaving my Mum shaken and frightened. This is unacceptable and when reported to the office, nothing was done. Do not use this company.

I'm using the company from 2010. Very reliable company.

They are absolutely pathetic. Would arrive much earlier than the time you ask for and then will charge in the waiting time.

meaway cars are the worst car service in n/nw london they always hafve an excuse for not m urning up saying it is the drivers fault if they do eventually turn up they are late the drivers raqrely know where they ar going even with sat nat. they arey exapensive compqared with other local cab firms please pleaqse do not use them
