    • Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

    • i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

    • Since a certain company got taken over ie begins with D. Now use these and they are fab! Use them when needing to get to skylink stop. Sometimes early morning - every time drivers have been smart and courteous and patient as sometimes have to wait for my elderly parents to meet them.

    • NEVER booking with these again. There app is not fit for purpose. We booked and was told it would be 18:11 got a text of them at 18:09 asking us to ring them. We rang and was told they had nothing till 20:15! Also was told the price quoted £8:50 wasnt the price we needed to pay its a £13 min fare. Never using this company again.

    • Never had a problem with this company. Reasonable prices and prompt service. They text you a link so you can track your cab. It's got the drivers name and their photo for security. One of the bigger cab companies in the area, so less likely to leave you waiting at peak times.

    • 1st Time using D G cars, best service I've had from any taxi firm. Received text to confirm booking, text when car had been dispatched. Arrived on time, then had the most enjoyable journey. Sorry not to have got name of driver because we chatted & laughed such a nice change to have some-one so friendly. Will be using them again when I next visit from Yorkshire to Nottingham.     • Just used this firm last week, they was on time! The driver even gave me a hand moving some stuff to the car! Good service in my opinion the driver was very friendly made me feel comfy!

    • Booked a airport run via the messaging service, booked 3 weeks in advance and rang on the sunday before we left and at all time was told everything was booked.. great turned up dropped us at airport " see you in 2 weeks" even paid extra for parking charges.... 2 weeks later, and I am sat at airport freezing with 3 kids one of 7 years old, rings up and get told nothing was booked and they were unable to do anything about it, ended up having to fork out money to get home... will not us again.. and will warn family and friends to look elsewhere before booking. I am not expecting any reply as I didn't really get much help tonight just a sorry over phone which is not useful when your kids are freezing.
