TAXI DRIVER RAN OVER MY CAT. BAD SERVICE AS WHEN I RING TO COMPLAIN I GET SPOKEN TO LIKE TRASH.

Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

I have use this service several times for different occasions from trip around town to airport transfers and im always happy with them. Service is brilliant, cars always clean and tidy with nice drivers. 5+

We recently booked and used NTS Newark for an airport transfer and pick-up to and from Birmingham airport. The booking process was very smooth and hassle free and was done via email. We booked an 7 seater Mercedes Viano which arrived promptly and was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend NTS Newark without hesitation as their service was brilliant. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently used NTS Taxis from Newark Northgate Station to Center Parcs. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced with a great personality and sense of humor. The car looked like brand new, very clean, fully stocked as promised and ready for our trip. My friends and I really had a great memorable time together. This company knows how to treat their customers and I highly recommend NTS to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great experience.

The best way to experience the many historic sights in and around Newark and Lincoln, at the pace your comfortable with. We also were really impressed with our delightful driver. He had a great attitude and shared a wealth of knowledge throughout the tour. Time & money well spent!

Used these many a time for a taxi home drivers usually very friendly and fares inline with the average ...

I wondered about the many negative reviews here but decided to try Z Cars anyway. First two journeys were OK. Then today it happened. Had booked 2 pm collection from my village to Northgate station. At 2 pm driver called and asked if 25 minutes late was OK. I said no, I have to catch a train. He said he will cancel then and hung up on me immediately. Called dispatcher who was utterly rude and unhelpful. Am warning whole village to avoid Z cars and DG cars (same company).

I use these as normally is works out cheaper but I'm disgusted that they are always late due to not being able to find a driver. I'm currently sat waiting for my taxi to work and even booked it half an hour before I start just incase. Absolutely disgusting and never using again!!!!!! Don't offer a service you can't follow through on!!!!

I have read it in the previous reviews, but didnt listen. This company is detrimental. Live booking and Pre-Booking gets you late all the time because they are disorganised and come SUPER late! They keep changing the minimum fair. Dont dare paying with card via the app or link because they collect more money without your permission/knowledge. You call them for inquiry - they re-direct you to their email but nobody is answering emails.. Disgusting behaviour and attitude from most cab drivers and the company.

Unprofessional and no morals, leaving 2 young girls stranded in the early hours after finishing work in the hospitality business is unacceptable and morally wrong, i appreciate it is a business however the consequences of the drivers actions left two vulnerable girls in a town that has a recent history of assaults on young women. It is not acceptable. When accepting a fare you should honour it regardless to ensure their safety.i get they were late due to unforeseen circumstances and events out of their control. As a taxi driver you have a duty of care no genuine driver would leave 2 young girls vulnerable.

used alert cars for years, they are the cheapest in Nottingham, phone staff are very polite and always try to help, never have to wait long and if they are busy they let you know so not just stood around waiting.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 30 minutes for taxi from sainsburys no one arrived when I contacted them again the silly old mare on the phone stared screaming and shouting at me as if it was my fault. After calling back the manager said very little and released the call. Will be complaining to sainsburys and hopefully they will end their contract with them. Goodness to absolutely rubbish service

first class service from the cheapest company in the nottinghamshire area. the driver was clean, polite and well educated with knowledge of the area. pleased with the journey ,driver ,car and his fare many thanks

The service was good but the driver was driving slow and take a long road to get more money!!!
