    • Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

    • i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

    • Since a certain company got taken over ie begins with D. Now use these and they are fab! Use them when needing to get to skylink stop. Sometimes early morning - every time drivers have been smart and courteous and patient as sometimes have to wait for my elderly parents to meet them.

    • NEVER booking with these again. There app is not fit for purpose. We booked and was told it would be 18:11 got a text of them at 18:09 asking us to ring them. We rang and was told they had nothing till 20:15! Also was told the price quoted £8:50 wasnt the price we needed to pay its a £13 min fare. Never using this company again.

    • Never had a problem with this company. Reasonable prices and prompt service. They text you a link so you can track your cab. It's got the drivers name and their photo for security. One of the bigger cab companies in the area, so less likely to leave you waiting at peak times.

    • Absolutely shocking service. Waited 30 minutes for taxi from sainsburys no one arrived when I contacted them again the silly old mare on the phone stared screaming and shouting at me as if it was my fault. After calling back the manager said very little and released the call. Will be complaining to sainsburys and hopefully they will end their contract with them. Goodness to absolutely rubbish service

    • I have used Gedling cars for years, today i ordered a taxi, let him know on I would just be a sec as I was just rounding the kids up, as we stepped outside, the driver drove off, when I rang the office, he told me 'we ain't got time for you messing about!' Customer service at its best!! Needless to say we won't be using Gedling/200 cars ever again!! Alert came to the rescue, fast, efficient and most important, polite!! Got a big tip obviously!

    • Used to be a good company. But will not use again Had a few bad experiences with this company as I have a disabled son, so many bias just on the look of my son Do not feel safe in the cars with the new drivers, those that have been there years were good, now the cars are rubbish, the drivers rude, and how they threaten a disabled child and class severe learning difficulty and mobility issues as bad behaved - my son is from far from bad behaved, not his fault he has an extra gene and will always have downs syndrome. A little respect for disabled and they wouldn't loose customers, as I have spread the word to over 200 disabled families today who are also disgusted
