Taxis in Norwich, Norfolk

Left stranded after booking a taxi home from a works do. When I called to politely ask where the taxi was after waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no taxi coming and I had been blacklisted! Horrendous customer service. I had only booked the taxi a few hours before with no issues.

Absolutely shocking service by my driver today, he was rude, drove recklessly and was far too distracted by other things in the car, I will not be using this company again

Always come on time, and give you a call when they arrive so you don't wait around. Very reasonable prices even for students!

The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

Used street cars today for the 1st time. As a wheelchair user I would recommend. A+++

My friends and I always use firstcall taxicall as all the vechicles seat at least five people and they are always on time, and the drivers are very polite and friendly.

Used many times in past and never let me down, using their app makes thing so much easier. would always recommend to anyone.

Never been a passenger and now never will after some oaf of a driver forced me off the road. Not surprised to see so many bad reviews.

..I was using these guys for months to get myself and my daughter to school, the drivers were great and really polite, I had an ongoing booking and service with them, after bad experiences from other, unreliable taxi company's... But as of a few weeks ago a new manager seems to be operating it, contradicting his drivers bookings, very rude, abrupt and not user friendly, ignoring regular customers now.. I had a booking with a great driver, I asked to rebook for the next day, he did, no problem, the next day the new manager drove me and my daughter to school, claimed there was NO booking and told us we couldn't use them for over a week, very abrupt and rude, unless management changes there avoid!!! Very BAD customer service...

reached 47 in 30 zone. took at least 6 calls on a hand held 'phone 15 min. trip. Took both hands off steering wheel to get paper and pencil and write somethig down. Enough said!

these chaps are really accommodating help me deliver on time and got my family to station in lots of time for their train!! great!

Liars and cheats, quote you £7 but charge you £9 if you dont pay they call the police AVOID AVOID AVOID. The most unpleasant taxi service in Norfolk. I rode in taxi number 883 numberplate PY66 NHL. How do they still get any customers? My first, AND LAST time. I will report to the council tomorrow morning.

We use Tom Fullers on a weekly basis and we couldnt recommend them enough.

Never used these guys before, got recommended. Couldn't get a city cab for over 2 hours, so i called them. The lady was very polite and extremely helpful.. She advised that the soonest they would be able to fit me in would be around 40 minutes, but if we were to wait in a bar she would call us to advise the driver would be arriving in 5 minutes. Sure enough the call came and a cab arrived exactly as promised. The driver was very polite and engaging. I could not fault them, will definitely use again.

Booked a taxi for a 1.2 mile journey as had lots of shopping. Driver was very rude, did not speak to us at all just gestered us to get in the back. We were charged £10 for this short trip that has previously cost us half that price it seemed he was just making the price up and making money from visitors who didn't know the area - absolutely appalling service, feel cheated and would NOY reccomend!

I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from this company. I had heard they were overpriced but this was most definitely not the case for me, I thought that the price was very good for the journey and almost certainly the cheapest for this area. The Taxi arrived early and the Driver could not have been more professional, I think his name was Karlos, he was friendly, funny and professional. The Lady on the phone was also very helpful accommodating all of my requirements. I will definitely be recommending this company to all of my friends! Thank you Tom Fullers and all your staff!
