    • The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

    • I am a disabled lady with a dog and I rely on cabs daily for appointments, shopping etc... these drivers are so helpful they even hold my dog when I go in shop.... I only use them now they are friendly, efficient, kind and bonus the cheapest in town at ONLY ?2.50 for local runs .... thank you crystal cabs

    • Very disappointing. Taxis 15 minutes late on last two occasions, drivers get lost and dont know local area very well. When they promised to ring back with a quote they didn't. Expensive and inconsistent pricing - they charged me £8 for one 3-mile trip and £15 for another 3-mile trip. Often dont answer the phone! Very poor customer care so wont be using them again.

    • ..I was using these guys for months to get myself and my daughter to school, the drivers were great and really polite, I had an ongoing booking and service with them, after bad experiences from other, unreliable taxi company's... But as of a few weeks ago a new manager seems to be operating it, contradicting his drivers bookings, very rude, abrupt and not user friendly, ignoring regular customers now.. I had a booking with a great driver, I asked to rebook for the next day, he did, no problem, the next day the new manager drove me and my daughter to school, claimed there was NO booking and told us we couldn't use them for over a week, very abrupt and rude, unless management changes there avoid!!! Very BAD customer service...

    • reached 47 in 30 zone. took at least 6 calls on a hand held 'phone 15 min. trip. Took both hands off steering wheel to get paper and pencil and write somethig down. Enough said!

    • Liars and cheats, quote you £7 but charge you £9 if you dont pay they call the police AVOID AVOID AVOID. The most unpleasant taxi service in Norfolk. I rode in taxi number 883 numberplate PY66 NHL. How do they still get any customers? My first, AND LAST time. I will report to the council tomorrow morning.

    • Terrible company. I called for a taxi today to be told I had been blacklisted because I had apparently called for a taxi at this location and not turned up! When I have only ever been dropped off at the location the night before. This was my first time trying to arrange a taxi to be picked up at the location! Whether the driver had accidentally blacklisted me I do not know! Wont be using again, and I would encourage other people not too.
