    • The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

    • Absolute joke of a taxi firm. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a taxi during the day for a 1am pickup from a local pub, got to 1.20am and still no one turned up. Luckily managed to get a different taxi. Will never use Able Taxis again and will strongly advise no one else does.

    • Dirty car , had to share back seat with drivers lunch, driver drove dangerously and exceeded speed limit full length of journey , absolutely terrified me when hitting 80 mph. On A140 towards Long Stratton ( should be 50mph. To 30mph.) Never again . And then at the end of horrific journey overcharged.

    • Cannot believe how rude the people who work here are. Asked very clearly for a cab for six people to be sent, they send a car instead. Not a big issue until we called them back to ask why a cab for 6 hadn't been sent. They outright refused to listen to us, got extremely rude and were very aggressive in their response. They constantly spoke over us and didn't give us the chance to explain anything and instead hung up on us. We called back to try and have a civilised conversation, where they ended up yelling again, said "wrong number" and proceeded to hang up. Not what you expect at all from a cab company, would not recommend using them as if anything goes wrong, they will not take any responsibility and instead blame the customer. 1 star given purely to post this.

    • We were picked up from harry barbor close by a man called Richard who was Very rude to my neice and made her feel very uncomfortable to carry on her ride so she had to get out and order another taxi when she had a 10 yr old child with her all my neice said was she thought it was a bit expensive and she didnt mean to offend him ,, until we here from you we wont be ordering from you again Beverly close or harry barber
