    • Booked a taxi for 1830. Driver complained he had been waiting 10 minutes at 1830. Told him car was booked for 1830 so what is the issue? Not my fault he turned up early... He muttered something and his manner was appalling. Wont be using them again and wouldnt recommend them.

    • Booked taxi at 5pm for pick up 7pm. Phoned 7.10 and they said still trying to get taxi. Phoned again 7.30 and still trying to get me a taxi. Ended up cancelling and got a network private hire within 10 mins.poor show. Wont use again

    • Have been getting taxis from this company for a long time, purely as a matter of necessity. Enough is enough. Far too many xenophobic and racist white drivers working for this cab Co. Also not allowed to say to the driver, I'm not arguing with you, you're just not getting a tip. Apparently that's aggression. At a push, as long as you have an A-Z with you they'd do. Otherwise avoid at all costs. BTW, I'm white too. Just can't abide bigots, racists or taxi drivers who don't know the roads but can't just say sorry when they're at fault. Instead at the thought of no top, the taxi driver leaves me in the cold wet darkness outside a pub. Never again. Southside have to be the worst taxi company in Glasgow.

    • Absolute garbage, probably the most unprofessional driver service I've ever used. 30 minutes late for a booking. No apology. No excuse and when I called to find out where they were was told I had to wait until s car was in the area.....that's why you were booked in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    • While I was locked out of my house at 3:30am during winter the taxi driver took advantage of the situation and charge me £10 to get my keys back and threatened to take my phone from me too despite the journey already being paid for in advance. A refund has been given however the fact I was blackmailed shows the lengths this company will go too for money

    • Friendly driver quick pick up an drop off.. £5 difference between quoted price and actual price tho which annoyed me. So won't be in a rush to use again but would if I had to

    • Driver had the radio up full blast after asking multiple times to be turned down. It was 2.30am and we wanted a silent taxi home however the radio was blasting and we couldnt hear one another. It was so bad to the point my ears were ringing and I had a sore head. Terrible service.

    • It was great service until I lost my keys in their taxi last Saturday . I have been trying to chase the driver and nobody is really helping me out . They operator says Im going to forward your call to the controller but it gets cut off n they also says its been 2 days that the driver has not signed in. So since the day I forgot my keys in his taxi he never returned back to work. I took a taxi from bearsden to west regent street . I was really hoping that the driver will either hand in the keys to the company or atleast inform them . I seriously dont know what to say how frustrating this is .

    • Ive used this firm for years and have always found both the controllers and the drivers friendly and courteous. Used other firms and they dont quite match up , especially in their knowledge of the Glasgow area.These guys know Glasgow like the back of their hand which is refreshing , given that a lot of drivers know just use a sat nav. Would deffo recommend

    • Totally not recomendable. Rang up to met with the manager himself and being hung up three times! If this is the management what can I expect from the bussines? I am more than dissapointed and as woman is outrageous to have to stand such maners . I just wish to know how to make my message clear enough because this is Scotland and a too developed country for this

    • Dreadful company. There is a reason this cab company have 1.5 stars out of 5! Unreliable and rude...everything a cab company should be and nothing they are not. Have let me down too many times...never using again and would certainly not recommend to anyone!

    • Totally appalling service and never even got as far as getting a taxi. Rang up to book a taxi and was met with the most rude woman. My description of the address we wanted to be picked up from was apparently not accurate enough, but instead of letting me try and better describe where we were she said 'unless you know the address, don't ring.', and hung up. Would never (try to) use them again. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

    • Booked a taxi and explained I was a woman travelling alone. Told 10 minutes. After 20 called to say still waiting at a quiet train station. Explained I wasn't happy as on my own and should get first available taxi. Was told by operator not to be rude and she hung up on me. Taxi eventually came but I was not a happy chappie. First time out on my own at night. We do not have transport in Bearsden at night and would have expected better service. Puts you off going out at night!!!

    • I work in the Bearsden and never have a problem getting a taxi to and from i have worked in Bearden four years travel from Stepps in a Station taxi every morning and night and never have I ever met an angry or rude driver yet I can only presume that the bad reviews are from other local taxi services this should be addressed by local councils

    • Booked a taxi the night before and explained it was for a hospital surgical procedure. Taxi did not come on time and had to phone the company 4 times. Was hung up on by the operator. Ended up having to walk to great western road to get picked up. Taxi driver denied any fault and when I said I didnt want to argue about it as was going into hospital for an operation and was feeling anxious, I was told to shut up. I left the taxi in tears. I will never use this company again nor recommend them. Absolutely appalling.

    • Never use these people booked a taxi from Glasgow airport to back home in advanced to bearsden taxi didn't turn up at the agreed time first operator told us the taxi would be there in 10 minutes,half an hour later we phoned to them be told no one was coming stranded at 1:30 am in the morning with a five year old and to top it of the guy was extremely rude.Suprised they are still in business!
