Jake's Cars are a local taxi service near me and were recommended by my son. I use them on a regular basis as I have some trouble walking. The service they provides brilliant. The lady that answers the phone, Debbie, is very nice and the drivers are smartly dressed, friendly and always turn up on time. I would recommenced them to others for the great service.

Jake's Cars are a local taxi company to me that I have been using for a few months now, and the service with them is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and they always turn up on time, if there is any reason they may be a little later than expected they let me know which is great. I cant fault them at all and would recommend them to others.

Got a taxi just now location. Was a straight road down 1 mile and cost £9 started at £5.30. Before midnight how can these charges be charged. Have had your same company charge less for the same journey. Still gave your driver £10 but dont understand the extortionate prices

We called at 5.13 for a taxi at 7. 10pm no one arrived sow we called the taxi driver, he said he would be 15 minutes... Half hour had past so we called the office... For him to tell us the driver wasn't coming... Without telling us. So we lost our seats at the restaurant we booked. We called a minumin of 10x they hung up on us multiple times. And didn't care about our experience. We are not fro the area and booked a nice meal for the evening ... For this taxi company to ruin our exprenice completely. Do not use.

Driver nearly crashed into me when he had school children in his car. Stuck his finger up at me and tried to drive me off the road. I reported his awful behaviour to the main office who told me that its not their problem. Terrible customer service.

Ordered via app 10 minutes after they were supposed to be here phoned the office and found out there was an hour wait. Useless

Never use this service. They will charge you first and then never show up. Totally criminal.

Dreadful service. I booked a car 3 hours in advance. The car turned up half an hour late. When I called to find out where it was I given a stream of flimsy excuses. And they charged!

Horrible experience. Horrible Oprator and management. They dont pic up calls when they are late. I was late for school for 30 mnts due to this taxi. I booked it one hour in advance. They also charge very high. I will never use this taxi.

Best taxi firm in the area bar none! Friendly drivers who are chatty and speak highly of her and her sons in the way they run the business. Now we are semi retired we go away a lot more and it's always nice to have a stress free start to our holidays, this being all down to the service Ladysafe and Sons offer

Great service at fair prices. You get a text to say the reg of the taxi as it pulls up so you know you are safe to get in. I left my duty-free bag in the cab by mistake and the driver was honest enough to hand it to the office. I have used them for years now and highly recommend them.

The worst taxi service in the UK! I can't understand why they're still allowed to operate. Made advanced booking (as broadly advertised on their taxis "Advanced Booking Only") and gave them custom for three months. When I informed them that I wouldn't need their services during the Christmas break but would require it after that, this rude woman bluntly told me that they can't offer me advanced booking anymore! When asked why, she rudely offered a flimsy excuse that it's due to road works! Flabbergasted, I told her that taxis were arriving on time for us and that it was fine. She refused. When school reopened, her colleague reinstated our advanced booking. First week was fine. 2nd week, a taxi arrived on a non-booked day. I reminded the driver of my booked days. Later called United Taxis to confirm that their drivers were aware of my booked days. Their response - my booking had been cancelled. Why? Because I didn't use a taxi that I had NOT booked for! Is this in the UK?!! Shambolic!!!
