    • Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • Booked transport to airport for a few days hence - also arranged pick up with flight number for return to Blighty. Price reasonable & no major hassle - Call handler ( wish I got her name) very efficient. Job done 1 less worry.

    • Avoid This Taxi Company Like The Plague! If you want to be left stranded at the airport after a long day of travelling because your booking (which was booked three months in advance and trebled checked) was cancelled by them in error then go ahead and book them at your peril. No recompense offered at all, it's not their policy - owner not interested.

    • Waited for a taxi for 35 minutes and when I called they said it had been and gone quite rudely. News to me considering I was waiting on my doorstep. Time waiters, don't bother

    • Quite an uncomfortable ride with a very patronising driver, I'm sure most of the drivers are fairly pleasant, however the driver was constantly contrary towards my destination I told him to drop me off at, and kept being quite rude towards my navigational communication; subsequently having to be dropped off early and walking the rest of my journey, not pleased! However the car was very quick and cheap, and not just because I only drove half the journey and had to walk the rest! :)

    • Ordered a taxi at 5:45pm for pickup. When the taxi shoud have been at the door they send a dispatch text instead. I called to track my taxi as I was running late for work already, instead i was faced with rude , unhelpful staff who didn't want to help at all. I won't be using Alpha Cars again, nor would I reccomend it. Would not even give one star for this horrible taxi company. (basingstoke)

    • I know of this company and the owners were banned indefinately from running coaches... MIKES TRAVEL. Says it all with some of their cars, too old and inspected for taxi plate with a few back handers i think!
