Taxis in SK2

Pre booked taxis on several occasions 2 hours prior needing them and neither have turned up or been allocated a driver - this resulting in both children being over 45 minutes late for school. No acceptable when you've pre booked and they won't even answer the phones.

Booked Minibus begining of April for pick-up on 11/05/2018. Tried to confirm, no record of booking dispite having emails. Promised to look into it by Head Office and would ring me back, still waiting. Give them a wide berth.

These people told me it was a 20 minite wait for a taxi. 50 minites later still no taxi. I rang them back only to be told by a very rude lady that i will just have to wait. The customer service is terrible and their taxis turn up an hour late. Avoid this taxi service like the plague

Poor DO not use this company! Last time I use them ever again, always late and the cars are shoddy to say the least.

Never again I will ring this cowboy taxi team! They over charge and never on time, also did not know where the airport was???

Very bad company never on time and only got 5 cars never turn up and the owner thinks he is a big man got a big mouth

Fantastic new taxi company

Was essentially told I'm a liar by the woman on the phone. Driver drove away after slowing down and looking at Me, then cancelled the trip (I could see where he was through tracking on the app). Terrible rude customer service.

I do not recommend this company INTIME drivers are FRAUDESTER when you call INTIME with a complaint on the driver the manager doesn't respond INTIME is not a fair company

Highly recommend not to get a taxi from intime as their drivers are rude judgemental and lock you in the back for no reason trying to call police on mothers for no reason judgemental rude stupid headed drivers worst company to get a taxi from as drivers start on young mothers with kids with autism outrages taxi driver like this should be allowed to be driving at all disgusting!

Operators: unprofessional, rude and would not let you talk when making a complain. Management: They will apologies and say it will not happen again and then it happens again...thank you night shift operators for making a good day into miserable end. Management don't take action, but to calm situation will say "we will look into the matter".

Really bad service, I pre-booked a taxi several hours before for after midnight. I waited for additional 10 mins and taxi no show. I called the operator and was told the taxi came to pick up point and I didn't turn up. all surrounding buildings are closed and no where for me to go accept stand at the pick up location. So either I am invisible or intime taxi operator is lying.

Good taxi service like their drivers always smiling and talking with customers.Drive at good place and always charge me less.

On time and very reasonable rates especially to airports
