Dudgy! Do not use. They rip you off.

I got a taxi from Bolton Abbey main car park entrance to Leeds. He said it would cost me £55 depending on the taximeter. (I missed my train so I had no other option to get home.) When I got to Leeds train station however the meter stated £43.50 and he still asked for £55!! I obviously questioned it why. I was shocked and disgusted by his reply as he ignored the meter per mile he actually drove me and said its £55. He continued saying I'm the boss! and I own this taxi company. So that's okay to ask more money than what the taximeter says? I couldn't believe it. Secondly I felt he didn't know where he was going and when I asked he didn't know and had to phone up the main office for directions twice! for the quickest root into leeds. I did have a lovely evening at Bolton Abbey as there was an event on, but after getting in his taxi it has left me feeling angry. If he wants his tip, come to Leeds and apologies. :)

We booked a taxi 12 hours in advance. They didn't turn up. We called them and they tried to charge us a premium rate because 'we hadn't booked'. Dodgey firm. Rip people off. Pick somebody else. I can prove the phone call for the early booking if anyone has any doubts.

Hassled by crazy driver from this firm on motorway near Manchester. You know who you are. Nasty aggressive driver. Shame he forgot he had a large phone number on his car. Dangerous idiot

Been using this firm for 8 years never had a problem and neither has my grandma they always help her with her shopping.. highly competitive prices as well!

Taxi arrived surprisingly fast, I just hung up went down stairs... And the guy was outside. Lol

Apple cars great firm Driver picked me up from train station to Jewson DIY WAITED 10 minutes then took me to market car park cast was £4.00 If that was in leeds same journey 10 waiting time £12.00 Thanks for the service you're great guys

Absolutely shocking. The taxi driver was rude and arrogant to my mum. Wouldn't help with the shopping. My mums 65 and had to carry a big bag of onions in the car an out. Would not use them. Also my friend was involved in a car accident with apple cars on her way home. Shocking service.

My sister uses Apple taxis all the time and finds their prices very competitive and the drivers very prompt and helpful

Apple are a realy great taxi firm but I asked a price for a 15-20mn journey and was quoted ?8 I'm. Sorry but I think that expensive

Very surprised good clean cars drivers are very help with shopping and polite these boys are going far they a good service

Have used for quite some time - convenient service, mostly on time - some drivers v helpful & polite & they deserve credit, but unfortunately, not all the time - the other day I had one who left me to open boot himself & seemed surprised when it wasn't second nature to me, asking if I don't have a driving license (I don't - hence the fact I order a taxi from the supermarket!) Call operators could be better - not always clear, background noise, they hang up before you know they've confirmed, etc - exceptionally rude one this evening, I used to work in a call centre & I think if I'd spoken to a customer like that I'd have been lucky to keep my job! Am considering using another firm in future, shame as I've used for quite some time but lots of other taxi firms in Keighley!

On time very gd happy with service

Absolutely shocking this is now the 3rd time I have pre booked a taxi to arrive on time at Mt destination but yet again 3rd time still late. Pointless having a pre booking service if its not gonna turn up. Also the guy was very rude and kept hanging up because he couldn't tell were the taxi was. 0 *
