    • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a taxi suitable for disabled people for my friends first time out in a wheelchair, I arranged for it to pick her up from the hospital and explained she would need help getting in as she'd never done it before. I got a text to say the taxi had arrived, unfortunately my friend was waiting at the wrong door, but instead of the taxi driver ringing/waiting/trying to resolve the situation in any way, he drove off. I rang the taxi firm who at first denied any knowledge of such a booking, and then said the taxi driver had finished for the day, had logged off and had also turned his phone off. Not apologetic in the slightest, aggressive manner and absolutely awful customer service. What kind of person drives off when you know a disabled person is relying on you? I wish I had read the other reviews before booking, If I could leave them no stars, I would.

    • Great service 24/7 .like all cab companies you have to adjust your expectations at peak times but they always turn up and do their best to deliver the best taxi service in Southport. I use their App so i can track the progress of my taxi.

    • My daughter was stranded in the early hours of the morning in Southport, alone and frightened as she is not from Southport. I contacted All White Taxis and told them the situation and they got a taxi to my daughter within minutes, they even took my daughters mobile number to keep in touch with her to reassure her. They put my mind at rest as well as my daughters. They were fantasic!

    • DO NOT USE!! This so called taxi company is the worst I've ever delt with. After waiting nearly an hour when I was told 5/10 minutes and being told that my taxi would be here shortly the operator was rude to me. My 5year old daughter missed her swimming lesson and was really upset.

    • Avoid at all costs ring 01695575757 as this shower dont pick you up, lie, and let you down so frustrated after being left over an hour with a four year old on a school night after said would be there in 20 mins, when o called back said cant guarantee any time!!! Should loose license to opperate. Never call them.

    • Do not use them. Twice in a week they didnt turn up. On the last time we rang the the afternoon to confirm the booking since it was a family birthday. 10 mins after the time we rang to find out where they were . Gave us the obligatory “3mins away.” 5 mins later they rang back to say going to be another 20. We ended up having to drive & got Deltas back which were excellent!

    • Dreadful ! Absolutely awful ! I booked a taxi for 5:30 pm , we stood outside waiting ,as we are a house name not a number , in the freezing cold and rain . We had a text saying the driver was on his way . After 15 mins we were told he was 5 mins away . 10 minutes later we were told that the driver had been " re deployed " and they couldn't accommodate our booking !! We were meant to be in Wigan at 6 . Utterly unprofessional- avoid

    • I had booked a taxi for 6 people for 6.45 pm (almost 1week in advance) to go to a dinner in Formby. Checked on the morning of the date that the booking was ok and was assured it was in the system and would cost around £55 return. When the taxi hadn't turned up at 7.00 pm I rang and was told the taxi for 6 wasn't coming but 2 taxis were on their way. 10 minutes later the first turned up, this was the smelliest taxi I have ever experienced! Eventually the 2 taxis took us to Formby and charged £40 for one way. The return taxi was the only saving grace, the taxi driver was aware from our conversation that there was a problem and apologised on the company's behalf. In addition to this experience 2 other groups of friends at the same Dinner had driven because their taxi hadn't tuned up either! The result was we were late for the dinner and spent an anxious evening wondering whether we were going to get home and paid far more than £55. An evening ruined thanks to A&B taxis!
