Taxis in Southport, Merseyside

They advertise on the local radio... I try to book a taxi and they tell me they're not local!

Lady who takes bookings is one Nasty unpleasant individual and may I add very very lazy she shouldnt work with people maybe a dark room with nobody to speak to would suit her more

Woman taking calls was extremely rude tonight no people skills just a rude nasty woman who can not speak nicely to customers .. had to remind her that she was being paid for taking calls and was not in her own time

Lady who takes the bookings tonight extremely rude, not helpful been waiting for a taxi for one hour when you call to see where taxi is she keeps saying its dropping in birkdale but will not say how long .. shes getting angry at having to answer the phone .. rude woman with no people skills

Driver followed me to front door shouting that I hadnt paid enough when I had paid more than expected!! Proceeded to hold hand on horn at2am. Disgusting

DO NOT USE!! This so called taxi company is the worst I've ever delt with. After waiting nearly an hour when I was told 5/10 minutes and being told that my taxi would be here shortly the operator was rude to me. My 5year old daughter missed her swimming lesson and was really upset.

Absolutely awful service, the driver looked at me with such contempt seriously thinking was this due to the colour of my skin! Didn't utter a word during the short journey, refused to give me a receipt what more can I say ??? AVOID!

Kicked out of one of theyre taxis because I said fazakerley hospital please because I was going to visit my father whos got Cancer and the driver said get out your wasting my time ranting and raving and this is your fault when I asked why he said that he was hoping that the fare was only going to be a short one taking him back into southport centre to have his break I recorded all the conversation on video and have told the Hackney Police and sefton Council and also contact the all white Taxis office which they said some of theyre drivers do refuse to leave the southport Area well if thats the case they are not a proper Taxi firm avoid All White Taxis as all costs

We have always used this taxi company for everything. From local runs, hospitals, and to Manchester Airport. Very friendly, helpful telephonist and taxi drivers. Cars are always spotless. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a taxi suitable for disabled people for my friends first time out in a wheelchair, I arranged for it to pick her up from the hospital and explained she would need help getting in as she'd never done it before. I got a text to say the taxi had arrived, unfortunately my friend was waiting at the wrong door, but instead of the taxi driver ringing/waiting/trying to resolve the situation in any way, he drove off. I rang the taxi firm who at first denied any knowledge of such a booking, and then said the taxi driver had finished for the day, had logged off and had also turned his phone off. Not apologetic in the slightest, aggressive manner and absolutely awful customer service. What kind of person drives off when you know a disabled person is relying on you? I wish I had read the other reviews before booking, If I could leave them no stars, I would.

Great service 24/7 .like all cab companies you have to adjust your expectations at peak times but they always turn up and do their best to deliver the best taxi service in Southport. I use their App so i can track the progress of my taxi.

Very very unreliable! Having travelled for 10 hours, our party of 5 were kept waiting for an hour at Manchester airport.Our plane was running half an hour late so we did expect him to be there.We had prepaid for the return journey and were just about to book another taxi when he turned up. Having rung once to be told he would be 20 minutes, we were unable to contact him further. Customers expect a little respect and much better service. Poor!

Booked a mini bus last night for 8pm. They turned up 7:55pm and rung me 3 times to make me aware the Taxi was waiting. As well as a a rude text message to tell me that the taxi wouldnt wait. I didnt hear my phone. When I rung them back to apologise and let them no we were we were just waiting for someone on the toilet , the women on the phone was rude and shouted at me. She proceeded to tell me that the taxi wont wait for me forever and that the mini bus driver had a lot more jobs on. It was 8:03pm as I remember checking the time. I asked her to stop shouting at me and then she hung up. Absolutely disgusted in how I was spoken to. Will not be using this taxi service again!

Pre Booked a taxi for 2.30am, taxi never showed and then couldn't get through to the office. Journey only 10 minutes, disappointing as it's a village taxi and never though they'd let me down

Driver named Stephen badge number 6024 kept accepting the job and then refusing to turn up, I'm a heavily pregnant woman in the freezing cold standing waiting to get home and he was being unprofessional, I will be taking matters further. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They get very busy Friday and Saturday nights and there is often a waiting time but they have never let me down yet. The drivers always look after my Mum helping her with the shopping.

Meet and greet service at the airport saved me the stress of having to worry about getting home after a long haul flight. Driver was polite and offered fresh bottled cool water on the drive home. Ordered a taxi from this firm at 9:30pm and said we were priority, two and a half hours we waited and had to leave in the end walk and jump a bus and missed the last one so had to walk again 1am I got home, definitely dont recommend and will never use this company again.

Absolutely been traumatized this morning. Taxi man ended up getting in a argument with someone. Understand at first because someone pulled out dangerously on him. Put the finger up which set the other driver of more. Other driver went at the car to the point where the taxi had to swerved onto the kirb onto grass. Rang police took my phone number and name which I didnt mind then still asked for the money after nearly killing me on the way to work ! I couldnt even move or speak I was shaking and in shock so much. 17 year old watching 2 grown men nearly fighting. Also got coffee on me of the other driver thag swilled the taxi. Heard nothing since, worst experience of my life

Absolute awful company ,left the wife and I stranded at Manchester airport , our flight was delayed , however when we landed I received a call from their driver to say he was outside the airport and to ring him when we had collected our bags , now admittedly there was a delay in getting through security and getting our cases , anyway I rang him and said were ready now, only to be told that he had taken another fare and therefore hadnt waited for us as agreed . So I immediately rang their office to complain they offered to get another car out to us but couldnt say when , my wife had been ill on holiday and the last thing we wanted at 2am in the morning was to hang around waiting for a taxi to get to us from Liverpool , so we ended up getting a black cab which cost £154 suffice to say I will never ever use Delta ever again

Do not use this taxi company ,did not turn up for a booking even though it was booked well in advance left us stranded in Liverpool at 12 oclock at night could not get an answer as it was an automated machine I do not normally complain,but this was unacceptable i will be bringing it up with the taxi licensing committee hopefully something can be done about them.
