The worst ever .over a hour late leading to have to cancel my birthday trip to Lancaster thank you. would not mind to much but even the operator lied .you will never see my business againe

AVOID THIS RUBBISH FIRM AT ALL COSTS. Left my young son alone in the dark after saying taxi on the way, all by himself for nearly an hour. Then had the cheek to try and give me stick when I called chasing their "5 minute" taxi!! Overcharge, dangerous drivers, poor staff. Will be paying these a personal visit soon and see how mouthy there are face to face. AVOID

had me sat outside for 3 hours in the cold woman on phone told me 15 min eventually had to walk home from work.so much for taking care of bar staff

Anyone wanting a reliable taxi firm, then DON'T use PEMBERTON TAXIS.We had a taxi booked at an arranged £50 fee to take us from Wigan to St Helens yesterday, an hour before we were due to be picked up I got a telephone call to say the taxi charge would now be £160 to take us, I don't think so love, fluff off. £30 in an Uber, thank you.

Pre booked a taxi through these jokers. Pick up in Wigan and drop off in St Helens which is a total of 11 miles. We booked a minibus as there are 6 of us travelling and we were quoted 49 pounds. All booked a day in advance but then 90 minutes before pick up, they phone us to tell me that we had been quoted an incorrect price and the fare was now going to be 140 pounds for an 11 mile journey.... 140 POUNDS..!! Be very careful if using these con artists, rip off merchants, scammers. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS.!!

Why are they so mad when you ring up to order a taxi? Always rude and prices are extortionate. Try Britannia taxis instead

I ordered taxis to take us to/pick up from Standish a week in advance. Pick up was fine - on time & a pleasant driver. The return journey was a nightmare - 45 minutes late & had to ring several times before someone arrived - each time I phoned, I stressed that I had an 88 gentleman with me. Luckily, it was not raining - extremely unimpressed. The operator just kept apologising - not good enough - pre-booked taxis should be given priority. 'We are very busy' is not a good enough excuse.

Absolutely disgusting service tell you a taxi will be with you in a few mins been waiting an hour ring back and they act like your lying about the previous phone cal!! If I could give no stars I certainly would

Ordered a taxi from this firm at 9:30pm and said we were priority, two and a half hours we waited and had to leave in the end walk and jump a bus and missed the last one so had to walk again 1am I got home, definitely dont recommend and will never use this company again.

Came to get a taxi thought the service was very good! The driver was on time, very polite in the car and talking to me through the journey back home,impressive service!

Very poor services book taxi night before for Hospital appointment didnt turn when called said it was on its way where from only live two mins away. Will not use again.

Shocking attitude from operator after theyd let someone get in the taxi wed booked.

Awful. Taxi booked for 12.30, turned up 65 minutes late, office rude and dismissive, even hung up once. Made alternative arrangement, eventually arrived after we had left and driver rang complaining we weren't there!

Thank you so much to Val and her lovely grandson and their lovely driver Ian for getting me home safely absolute gems and I am so grateful
