Disgusting service. Pre booked taxi to pick us up after NYE party at 00.45. Waited for 15 mins then when i phoned, at first i was told it had been cancelled, then changed his story and said that because we weren't there the driver took someone else! We were outside and waiting 5 mins before the scheduled time! Was then told that no more available and he hung up on me! Disgusting. Left us all stranded with no way to get home. Will never use again and would strongly suggest that nobody else uses either! Abysmal attitude on the phone.

Absolutely disgraceful service this morning. Booked a taxi at 7:17am over an hour later later and 2 taxis turn up. 1 of them to pickup a customer who was there after we were and a second to drop someone off. Male staff on the phone are extremely rude, they just hang up the phone without listening to their customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. We phoned this company earlier in the day to check to see if they accepted dogs in their cars, we were told Yes but we would need to phone later in the day. When we rang later in the day to order our taxi again we reiterated we had a small dog that was going on my knee and we were told 5-10 mins. Each time my husband rang (this was after 15mins) the time given with a car registration was 2 mins away. After 30 minutes of waiting we rang the company from a different phone to be told they dont accept dogs. When confronted with the fact of we had spoken to someone at 11.30am, we were told Ive been on since 10.00am so that cant be true. So basically if you dont want to be called a liar, if you dont want to be let down, dont give this company the time of day, they dont deserve it!!! Much friendly honest companies out there!!!!

Beware - this firm left 5 teenage girls stranded in the early hours of the morning! Booked a 6 seater on the app a week before it was required for 5 teenage girls returning from Hanley at 1.45am. Confirmed on the app. Called on the evening of the booked ride to double check and give the correct contact number to call or text arrival. All confirmed. Received a notification on the app at 00.50 that the ride had been cancelled. Called to understand why and spoke to a guy who was completely unconcerned saying "I've got no mini buses love what do you want me to do?". When I explained what wanted him to do was not to leave 5 teenage girls stranded in Hanley in the early hours of the morning when I had booked a week ago and had also confirmed that evening he got irate and put the phone down on me. Disgusting, shocking and completely without any morals, care or compassion.

We used this company for a journey which normally costs £10 to £12. The taxi driver, who drove like a maniac, charged us £20. I contacted the company to complain. They promised to investigate and phone me back. That was more than a week ago, and I have heard nothing.

Do not trust this company. Tried to charge double for a trip we took with another company the same day. When asking for a receipt driver gave us money back. The base then rung to say they had rung the police. Happy to pay fare just wanted a receipt.

Waited 40 minutes for a taxi and was told 10-15 mins was a joke when standing with kids

45 minutes waited which they only said would be 10minutes and missed my train. Joke!!!
