    • The most expensive taxis who are often late but will greedily charge me extra for being 5 minutes late. This is a family company who employs some drivers who dont know their way to Stoke train station , dont know how to use satnav , who will take me on longer routes and charge more , who do not turn up even during peak hours , and some are sleazy , touch my hands when I get my luggage out , call me baby , or keep texting me asking for a date, who dont help me when I have heavy groceries , who end up somewhere else because the operators give them incorrect directions . They are a disgrace to the public , and to regular customers . No point complaining about inefficiencies because family members work in there.

    • My elderly father caught a taxi outside Stoke station, they charged £15 for a fare that should have been £7.50. When I telephoned they said the drivers can charge what they want if not pre-booked. Disgusting.

    • Disgusting service. Pre booked taxi to pick us up after NYE party at 00.45. Waited for 15 mins then when i phoned, at first i was told it had been cancelled, then changed his story and said that because we weren't there the driver took someone else! We were outside and waiting 5 mins before the scheduled time! Was then told that no more available and he hung up on me! Disgusting. Left us all stranded with no way to get home. Will never use again and would strongly suggest that nobody else uses either! Abysmal attitude on the phone.

    • Absolutely disgraceful service this morning. Booked a taxi at 7:17am over an hour later later and 2 taxis turn up. 1 of them to pickup a customer who was there after we were and a second to drop someone off. Male staff on the phone are extremely rude, they just hang up the phone without listening to their customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.     • Driver was smartly dressed with a name board awaiting my arrival at Manchester airport. He helped me with my luggage and opened the door for me. Best customer service from a taxi company. Highly recommended and will always be using Roseville Taxi for airport transfers

    • Absoluely fuming called for a taxi just before 11pm was told could not be picked up until midnight. Was picked up at 23.57 my destination is literally 3mins in car did not walk for personal safety reasons. Dropped off at midnight on the nose literally round the corner trip charged £8.20. Disgusted! Spoke to taxi rank who stated midnight drop off so price is right absolute joke. Advised I had asked for next available taxi and was picked up before midnight and literally just turned midnight as car stopped still charged a ridiculous £8.20. Absolute joke
