Taxis in Rugeley, Staffordshire

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Friendly polite staff

I love this taxi company. They are always there when you need them. The driver i had helped me with the pushchair and my bags. They are the best company in cannock. Will defo use them again.x

Shocking customer service, they've endded up knicking £7 quid from Us. Wife was waiting from pickup time I came out five minutes later and they claimed we were a no show. They didn't phone us to say they had arrived like every other taxi firm does. We booked with the in bound driver paid up front and was told it would be him picking us up. According to them they had sent out a different car and driver to pick us up. We weren't told about that. The (sarcastic) polite operator who had by now called me a liar and my wife said she can't help us and hung up. Seriously shocking. Do not use. Avoid. The way we were handled in all my years has been the most outrageous service sector slurry of customer service I have ever witnessed. In some respects it deserves an award of recognition. I salute you.

Worst possible company. They take bookings with multiple drop off locations then deny all knowledge of multiple drop offs. The driver was reckless and made the passengers feel sick and unsafe. Then demanded extra money off the last two ladies in his taxi claiming there were not multiple drop offs. The driver then got angry as it was making him late for his next job. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs.

Totally disgusted at paying £40.00 for return journey only 4 miles each way you should advertise that the customer has to start paying for their journey before you even pick them up I wouldn't recommend you unless people are happy to be ripped off

Lovely lovely drivers always helpful and will go out of their way to be obliging. Can't fault them,best local taxi firm :)

DO NOT USE - absolutely useless. Pre-booked but they did not turn up. Said they couldn't find address even after I had given them detailed instructions.

Was told that they had taxi but would not send to me because they wanted me to choose them over another taxi firm and because I didn't they refuse to send me one well they won't be getting my money again or anyone I know,the guy on the phone raged questions at me like a psycho partner like I cheated on him then changed the fact he had a cab to he didn't I would avoid this company there homophobic views are bad enough then there the state of there vehicle, the fact they get there family to give them good reviews on fbook is a joke they delete the rest,ran by men who are stuck in the stone age I have reported them and if anyone else get problems with them go to the council

What an unreliable, poor company this really is.. the worst service I have ever received and late everytime.

Absoluely fuming called for a taxi just before 11pm was told could not be picked up until midnight. Was picked up at 23.57 my destination is literally 3mins in car did not walk for personal safety reasons. Dropped off at midnight on the nose literally round the corner trip charged £8.20. Disgusted! Spoke to taxi rank who stated midnight drop off so price is right absolute joke. Advised I had asked for next available taxi and was picked up before midnight and literally just turned midnight as car stopped still charged a ridiculous £8.20. Absolute joke
