Amazing Company

I reserved a journey with this mini cab firm but they stood me up. They never arrived. When I phoned to ask where they were first they said: We'll be there in 10 minutes. Then when I phoned again they said they had no record of my reservation. No apology. To make it worse, it was pouring with rain...

F I COULD DO ZERO STARS - DISGUSTING!! I reported your driver MALIK PLATE SNC177 to the Police for false imprisonment as he would not let my brother out of the taxi!! I will be reporting you to Milton Keynes Council Taxi Licensing as you shouldnt be allowed to operate Ill also be writing to the MP for MILTON KEYNES I will NEVER use you again

The APP hasnt worked since it was changed. No point calling the office as they dont care. Used them for well over 20 years and Ive never known it to be as terrible as it is now. My advice is use another firm

Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and its not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I dont take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I dont take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mothers disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says what has your mothers disability got to do with anything

Ordered two cabs for 1am on a Sunday morning, both turned up within 5 minutes. We left a bag in one of the cabs, the cab drivers dropped it back to us the next day.

Worst taxi service in milton Keynes, bad customer service , rude and unprofessional staff on switch board.!! Would not recommend.

So I call the taxi guy to pick us up, on the phone they said they would be 10 minutes and they ended up being more like half an hour, i also asked them how much it would be and I got a quote of 12 - 13 pounds. I get in the taxi after waiting for bare long and quarter of the way there he asks me how much they said it would be so I said 13£ and he said no, 15 so I was having an argument about why did they guy say 13 on the phone and you come up with 15 (he said even more at first) and he swerves over to the side of the rode and says get out, at this point I had no idea where I was so I was forced to pay more than quoted. This had happened twice now.

Do not use this company. They are useless. They have a contract with my child's school to pick up SEN children. They were Constantly late, and rude. The chaperone was horrific and just sat there mute. My child suffers from anxiety and car sickness. School and I tried to tell them on many occasions to wind the windows down when my child felt ill, but they refused. My child was sick in their car and they then refused to take my child leaving them unable to get to and from school. A horrific company that doesn't care about SEN children. DO NOT USE IT!

Every single morning there is the same taxi driver sitting outside my flat with his hand on the horn and today when we asked him to stop beeping the horn he started swearing at us and threatening me.

Just experienced the most unpleasant trip with one of your drivers. My girlfriend disrespected even though she had done nothing wrong and when I refused to leave until we had received the correct change I was called a f****ng b*****d over and over again. Would rather walk home than get a cab with this embarrassment of a company in future.

This outfit has a contract with the council to collect our son and take him to school and return in the after noon. They are very unreliable, turn up late most days and have not turned up at all on many occasions. The taxi driver was rude to another parent at the school swearing at them and then proceeded to drive off very fast down the road. I could never recommend active cars, other than to use another reputable service.

Dont trust this company will dump you

amazing taxi company, got my first taxi of many, good rates, amazing staff in the office, very friendly especially this sat night, lovely two ladies in there :)

Driver arrived and drove off within a minute of arriving... Rebooked the taxi, again and the exact same thing happened!! Less than a minute is unacceptable. Called to complain and they wouldn't even send another car, as apparently they called me and it wouldn't connect, so of course its the customers fault!! Never use again!!!

Wow all these fake reviews. I have used R&R taxis for many years and Ive always had the best service from these guys. They are polite and very professional. I wouldnt recommend any other company than R&R taxis. Thank you guys for all your hard work and providing the best service in Buckingham for over 40+ years.

Best airport transfer company I have ever used

Refused entry to taxi for my friend who is registered disabled because she had her small assistance dog (who could travel on her lap) with her. On trying to speak to the driver regarding this he almost ran over our feet and refused our fare. Shocking service you should be ashamed!!!!

They did not turn up to pick up my elderly parents. When I called to as ask where they were they had no booking - I think I spoke to the same rude woman who took my initial booking earlier! They're useless

Rang @ 23:45.... Was told taxi would be about half an hour ie about 00:15.. driver will phone or text when he is here. By 00:25 no taxi so rang back and was told he was on his way but was coming from a long way.. will be there soon. By 00:45 still no show so rang back...this time no answer. Our friend had to get his neighbour to take us home. Sent email to firm asking for an explanation but no reply after 4 days... If you want a taxi firm you can rely on to get you home late at night ...this is not the one to use.

Shite ordered a week ago and didn't turn up!!!! Then didn't answer the phone

The guy overtook someone doing 35 in a 30 and did 45mph. He got right up the back of a motorbike and then put his main beams on for some reason? He refused to believe that Brownsover is in Rugby, calling it a village, and charged us more than quotes. Unbelievable driving, "he drives worse than you" my girlfriend joked, no care for other road users, was acting in a rush like he had somewhere to be, and charged us more than quoted. The only way it could have been worse is if he crashed. We even asked him to stop before our destination because we were sick of the treatment. We had to direct him to our road because he ignored our request to go to "Brownsover" instead taking us to Hillmorton, and he didn't even know his left from right! We were absolutely shocked and will never use again.

Took taxi from rank at Northampton to Rothersthorpe. Distance is 5.4 miles yet fare was an eye watering £15.20! Ride was poor and my change was given to me in old "no longer legal tender" £1 coins (I did not realise this because of poor light inside the cab until I returned home). There are plenty of cab companies in Northampton - avoid this one

I have booked a taxi(29.08.2016) for my missus from Duston to the Trainstation. The taxi did not turn up, no one answered the phone. So, she called an other taxi, but its was late already, so she missed her train. This Company is an unreliable crap!
