    • This evening, I ordered a taxi to get myself to work; i left my home at 2 minutes past the designated time of pickup expecting my taxi to be there.. instead i call up asking where he is and i get moaned at saying that he's now 10-15 minutes away (which is clearly impossible) and that he was 'waiting there for 10 minutes' well i'm sorry but if you don't like waiting then don't get to the location way before the designated time and then moan about waiting!! Not only this but while i was in the taxi he then had another call from somebody else asking where their taxi was and he replied with the same response "i was there waiting for you and you didnt come out so i have left" what the hell is this? i hope this isn't how all of your drivers treat their customers as you will quickly run out of business due to the large array of other options around this area, you shall not be hearing from me or close family and friends ever again.

He was on time for the journey to my destination and back home again. I would highly recommend Phoenix cars to my friends.
