    • I got picked up on Saturday night and left my phone in one of their taxis. I rang the office off my wife's and within half a hour the taxi was waiting outside to return it to me. Fair, trustworthy, honest drivers. Not many people would of handed over the phone they would of kept it for themselves.

    • Rip off. Just paid ?7.50 for 1.5 mile journey. Phoned office to complain and was told the price was because they had come from Middlesbrough centre. Our price should not be affected by where the taxi comes from. Check the price before booking. Poor service, will not again

    • Having seen one of Moorsides new buses being driven by a very pleasant looking man we decided to give them a call. A very helpful and friendly owner took our call and after giving us a great quote for a trip to York we booked with them. I normally don't review companies but these Moorside company appear to be a cut above.

    • We felt like we'd messed Dave about trying to get a return home from Lanzarote as Jet 2 had rescheduled us 3 times. Dave Moorside was so understanding and helpful and wouldn't hear any apology as it 'was what it was' and 'no worries'. Best service going.
