The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

This is the finest cab services Ive used, their cars are clean. Their prices are reasonable its just all that Ive been looking for. They give me the exact time estimate the car will be there to pick me up and its always accurate.

Really happy with this service, my and my mates planned for a holiday and we were in a haste we booked two cabs to take us to Heathrow. They were so understanding, they helpwere d us with our luggage as well as got us there within no time. When we got there we found out that our plane got cancelled and we then needed to stay over at st Giles hotel. The controllers were very kind and they were very patient while we were telling them to send us the cab ASAP. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I find this cab service extremely brilliant, the drivers are so understanding and keen to deliver. I was running late for my football game and I booked a cab but i accidentally gave the wrong pick up address I explained to him I was in a rush and was stressing out a lot. He understood and redirected himself in my direction. He also took a short cut to get me to get me on time and safely. Recommend this service to everyone

I really enjoyed my experience with this service, the drivers are so kind and helpful, they escorted me along with my luggage to the cab. As i got in a car accident and was unable to walk. He helped me up the stairs. The controllers were very understanding about the fact that I couldnt not make it to the pick up on time and therefore did everything they could to make it more convenient for me as I wasnt unable to walk.

stay away driver coulnt speak english could not work sat nav and could not drive then a 6 mile trip tride to charge 80 pounds spoke to office just as bad ripping people off

Best taxi firm in the area bar none! Friendly drivers who are chatty and speak highly of her and her sons in the way they run the business. Now we are semi retired we go away a lot more and it's always nice to have a stress free start to our holidays, this being all down to the service Ladysafe and Sons offer

I cant praise this company enough.They recently drove my daughter and her bridesmaids to her wedding venue and they did a fantastic job.They have kept me informed at every stage.They were on time with the beautiful car that they had promised.They have been,not only courteous but friendly too,heartfelt thanks again.
