I have used this company twice now and on both occasions they have turned up on time with helpful drivers and clean cars. Would definitely use again

Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

A local family taxi company well established with a great fleet of drivers and nice cars. Polite, punctual and good value too.

One of the unreliable services ever in London. Ive booked a cab to Heathrow and made all my arrangements according to their confirmation, but the driver didnt show up. Instead of apologies theyve tried to give a lousy excuse and avoid the commitment. Their attitude is another story, no manners and zero customers service. DO NOT USE this service, if you want to be somewhere on time.

Don't know about other users ...but booked SKY Cabs several months ago ....was cheapest quote I had ...driver on time ...and after all our Goodbyes ..waited for nearly 10 minutes and wouldn't charge more ...brilliant service and driver couldn't be nicer !!

Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

It's rubbish the only reason I use it is because it's cheap. They once never even turned up and I waited 3 hour until the 1st train started running. And drivers end up over charging. Don't even use

If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!

Very poor customer service. Extremely rude, they dont give u a chance to speak to them properly and theybtreat you like they are doing u a favor andbthey are forced to do whatever "service"

The worst experience ever. One hour waiting with my baby for a cab . When he arrived I was thought that maybe had trafic on the road. But the roads almost empty. The driver didn't new the address without GPS. This can explain why the cab was late and not the trafic. I will not use again this company.
