I was provided this companies number as they had a minibus that could take me to my wedding. I rang and spoke to a gentleman named John and he told me that they did indeed have one and that it was now booked for me. The day of my wedding the taxi didnt turn up, which was very upsetting, I rang to see where they were and I was told (by John) that he passes the jobs to his boss to allocate. Well obviously he cant have passed it on as I ended up with no means of transportation to get to my wedding in Durham! Very poor service I would not recommend.

Jed was on Time both ways on my recent trip to hospital. Jed was easy to talk to and the car was spotless.I will certainly be using this great service again.JT Hartley.

Horrendous DO NOT USE THESE TAXIS I waited over an hour after the time it was booked. When I rang to see what was happening the 1st call they said he's on his way. 2nd time he's on his way. 3rd time he said he's on his f'n way I didn't take the f'n booking. I'm absolutely gobsmacked and stuck. When the driver eventually turned up 60 minutes later he was a lovely guy. But this is not acceptable.

Not showing up to take a child to an urgent care appointment booked 2 hours prior then hanging up when you try and call ! If I could give you no stars I would.

Called and booked at 2:20pm December 10th Sunday 2017 . Got a taxi from Tesco, every single time we have had this driver (name is N/A) if it is just me and my mother or sister he drops us off round the corner. No matter what shopping we have. But every single time my dad is with us he drops us off in the right place. In all fairness, it's sexism. He does not try make decent conversation unless my dad is there. He does not stop on the right street unless my dad is there. It's ridiculous. We have no issues with the taxi company, most of the drivers are very nice and drop us off on the right street where we ask to be dropped. But this driver? Drops us off on the wrong street round the corner unless there is a MAN (my dad) there. Every single time. It has happened more than twice now and it's becoming annoying. We do not ask to be dropped off In that street. We should not be dropped off In that street

Ordered a taxi for one female to get from sedgfield to aycliffe for half 10 and it was a no show leaving person stranded. When calling it rang then went to voicemail and it started with a greeting of errrr dont know what to say needless to say I hung up and didnt bother leaving a message. Unprofessional and unreliable poor service
