    • I got picked up on Saturday night and left my phone in one of their taxis. I rang the office off my wife's and within half a hour the taxi was waiting outside to return it to me. Fair, trustworthy, honest drivers. Not many people would of handed over the phone they would of kept it for themselves.

    • I booked a taxi to get to work on a Sunday morning. I booked it on Friday so two days in advance. When booking I asked for a price and was refused, was told the person I was talking to couldnt give out prices, but I booked it anyway as needed to get to work. I get the taxi on the Sunday morning and on arrival was asked for £48, but the driver rounded it down to £45. When I asked why he told me “Sundays are time and a half”. I explained that Id been refused a price in advance and he replied “well yeah because if they told you, you wouldnt have booked it.” Showing me that it was intentional. I believe this is awful service and feel like I was tricked out of £45. Never had an issue with Talbots before now and Im really disappointed.
