Just been threatened by the driver of car 904 Because I threw my hand up at him being on the wrong side of the road in Tesco car part Disgusting attitude

Left me in Durham at 11:30pm after Id booked it without calling. Disgraceful.

Just seen one of their taxi drivers have a near miss on a roundabout in Sherburn then he chased down the other driver and appeared to threaten him. Not the kind of driver I would want picking me up

Driver turned the meter off partway through the journey then tried to overcharge me. Am thoroughly annoyed.

Avoid Macs Taxis. I booked a taxi to take me to the station on 25 June which didnt turn up. As a result I missed my train and had to pay £134 for a new ticket. They admitted it was their mistake but inspite of my chasing the manager is now avoiding my calls and texts and Im £134 out of pocket. Badly organised and dont appear to care about the consequences of their incompetence. Use them at your risk.

They arrived on time, but one of my friends had a last minute emergency that delayed them a bit, then they left and hanged all of my calls!! Very stressing they almost missed their train, M

Allways one isn't there, book a 6 seater, get an 8 seater, how many vehicles are they supposed to run, fares are set by D.C.C., not by Adamson's taxis. Hope you got you're answer, proves you are so in the wrong.

Wouldnt recommend this company at all!! Definitely use another company as very unreliable

Called to take my partner to work. No sign of a taxi 10 minutes after pick up time so rang up. Was told 'i was at the right address but no-one came out' and when my partner said we've literally been sat at the window waiting and not seen anyone was then told they'd knocked and got told no-one with our name lived there,so there were at the WRONG ADDRESS but they won't come back and pick my partner up! Absolutely disgusting

Used for 3am airport run and againon return,very prompt and reliable
