Booked taxi to take children to school at 8.15am did not show up till 8.45am. Not reliable will not use again.

I would like the company if their driver who does the regular picks up and drops off in Rowlands Gill area parked in a way whilst doing this, that didn't block the road for all other road users. Due to this drivers continual inability to do this when it is clearly possible, either from laziness or ignorance. I cannot give this firm a good review.

I have used this company on a number of occasions drivers have a good knowledge around Newcastle. Cheap rates aswell

these lot is con , the driver overcharged me from RVI to NE1 student flat he charged me £7 when it should be around £3-4 i wouldnt recommend 5* to anyone, if there was 0* for rating i would give that

To the other reviewer, you're saying you jumped in a car without booking one and e overcharged you? Mate, you got in a hackney carriage, you can't blame the company for that. There are loads of hack drivers that also work as private hire but if you don't book with the company, they will charge hack rates. I love 5 star, brilliant firm.

Overcharged by over £5.00 for a journey from Mal Maison to Wickham at 2-15pm today. Driver was waiting outside hotel. Did not switch his metre on and charged me £14 instead of £9.0. I have assumed he is part of this company because he gave me their card for the return leg. It was only when I used another company for the return that I realised what the price should be. He had a tattoo on his forearm with the name and date of birth of a child (2011 I think).

Rude rude rude. Pre ordered cab was 45 mins late and when we made 2nd call to enquire where they were, we were told they had been and gone (we had been waiting outside for it) they then just hung up

When me and my friends were out on a night last weekend we used this taxi firm and we were pleased with the taxi driver he was very polite. I would totally recommend Walker Taxi's!

Office staff within this company do not know how to talk to customers, I ordered a taxi for 8:50 for my girlfriend, it came at 8:35 when I rang to ask him to hold the car, he said no.

Driver wouldnt unlock the doors to let us in the car. It was an airport pick up, heavy rain. He ignored my husband when asking if he was the correct driver. When he finally unlocked the doors, he didn't help my husband put the cases in the car. The car wasn't actually big enough for the cases even though we specified. The driver took us to our destination, told us our price then swiped the price off his screen and gave my husband a higher price when we went to pay. Tried to contact them to ask why we were treated like this and we have been blocked.

charged twice for the same journey - the taxi driver arguing with you to say you need to pay him - it taking 2 emails and 2 phone calls to get a fare refunded - PLUS NO apology at all for ALL of this AT ALL!!!!

Driver was so rude and aggressive. And when I rand the office the operator was no help at all.

Since getting in the taxi the driver made me very comfortable and make the journey really nice. He was really canny and had good crack.

Taxi drivers are so loverly and so are the people on the phones but this is the second time iv had the same woman on the phone talk to me with an unpleasant manner I'm always polite so I don't see why she can't be, last night about 8.30pm I ordered a taxi and she was very unpleasant same woman as last time, like I say taxis are reliable and drivers are so loverly but she just wasn't.
