We had a gas leak and called them they were quick to respond and sorted the problems.

I am writing to inform you that I was the guy stranded by the RAC recently for 22HOURS and this guy had the decency to stop and assist me in my hour of need.So whatever you need I would have no hesitation in recommending someone who has the decency to assist a complete stranger with no thought for himself. In response to my review in the early hours of this morning I am pleased to say that Luke came to see me this morning. He apologised and offered compensation for the error. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest. Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place. I would definitely recommend him, he's very honest, knows his stuff and didn't try and rip us off.

Alan quoted for the job in person, but while I was away the job was completed by another plumber. The work was of a really poor quality and did not meet regulations. Only good point was Alan came and made good the work that did not regulations after being contacted a few times and getting the gas safety register involved. Exterior work is still of poor quality but the install now meets regulations. From other reviews, Im sure Alan is a good plumber, but have in mind he does use other plumbers who are clearly inexperienced.

I contacted Mr Driver as I had water dripping through my ceiling, he was recommended to me. He turned up exactly on time, he sorted the problem out quickly. I also asked him to look at a couple of plumbing problems that needed attention. To re seal a shower tray, toilet leak and to re fit a toilet and hand basin. Im very happy with the work that he has done and wouldnt hesitate to ask him to do any other further work. Hes a friendly chatty Plumber. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I called Mr driver last minute and he was there on time and never charged over than quoted. Very reliable. In my emergency call out list.
