I am very happy to leave a review for the Window Medic. I never usually leave reviews but I am very happy with the work I had done. Several window issues sorted at a very reasonable price. The chap turned up on time, He was polite and a tidy worker. Very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I was recommended to the window medic by my neighbour for several misty units and a broken door handle. He was the only person to call my back (left messages with 3 other local firms!), He turned up on time and I was happy with the price quoted. Work was done within a fortnight and I was pleased with results. I was left a receipt and a guarantee. Nice, polite and clean worker. Happy to leave a review.

I used these in November 2018 to make my roof safe it took not even a hour and they charged me £285 ,then almost 2 months later they take another £140 out of my account with out informing me after i phoned them i was told by a man on the other side of the phone they were in the procedures of liquidation and i was at the back of the que to get my money back.I informed the bank who refunded me and are chasing them for the money .I then received a invoice off them after talking to the liquidator on the phone with the date 16 Jan 2019 the date they took the £140 out of my account.( i received the invoice on the 29th Jan ) But what they haven't realised the post office stamped the envelope with the 28th jan .So Express services you cannot say you sent me the letter on the 16th when my bank chases you for the money. I asked for a invoice 3 times in December with out luck for my insurance .this company is a total scam.

Do not use! They tell you one price and charge another. Then tell you that it was a misunderstanding...

Do not use this company! They will overcharge you! I had to write to Trading Standards who threatened them with Court Action before I got my money back! !

I called in the evening after a break in. The company were very easy to deal with on the phone and called me back with a repair man within 10 mins to give me a time of arrival. He arrived as promised and boarded up a broken window. It took about an hour. The man was very pleasant and everything was easy and not that expensive. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Oh Joy, woke this morning to find our conservatory doors would not unlock. Rang Window Doctor who arrived within hours and solved the problem. Fast, efficient, friendly and amicable service. Delighted. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had two people look at my window problem . One said they could not fix it and another said they would need to install a new window. Tony came out and fixed the problem within half an hour at a reasonable cost. No new window needed! He was polite and friendly.
