I had a gas engineer recently install a new boiler and change a few radiators, the work was extremely neat and tidy and the engineer was very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend Sovereign Gas to my family and friends.

After obtaining a few quotes from local businesses we chose Sovereign Gas to replace our old Vaillant Combi boiler. Richard arrived on the day and time he said to discuss the work we would like carrying out. There was no pressure he just provided a few suggestions to the requirements we needed. We would highly recommend them for any Heating/Plumbing work, they were punctual, clean and highly skilled in the work they carried out, fully explaining the controls on the new boiler. Thank you Richard and Josh for making the experience stress free

Richard came out to give a quote for boiler replacement. He spent time actually looking at the job and what was required. Others did not bother! He was very polite, did not fob us off with extras. Quote was very competitive. We chose him to do work on his reputation, genuineness, politeness and of course quote. Day of installation, came at time stated, protected carpets and flooring. Work quality was superb, very neat, Richard and his colleague Josh worked non stop. Before leaving tidied up and put things back to as they were. They then explained how new boiler worked etc. Overall they clearly ensure their work is exceptional in quality, proud of their work, polite. Richard and his employees deserve the one word title in the heading "superlative" well done and thank you. Just left 10/10 feedback on Checkatrade for Nicholas (owner of CallGas) as he has just completed a Gas Safety Certificate for my Apartment in Four Oaks at very short notice. I needed one done the same day as I have tenants moving in in a few days. I called about 5 companies and none could do it the same day. Nicholas was able to arrive very quickly (within 1.5 hours) and arrived promptly in a professionally branded van with all Gas Safety Regd logos etc. Very very pleased with the service, it did not take too long and he was extremely professional and courteous, and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend CallGas to anyone in Birmingham looking for a high quality service at a reasonable price.

Recently fitting a new Valliant boiler, he and his staff are always courteous and tidy and Andy has a remarkable eye for details, he is never fazed by any problems,people with his knowledge and expertise are hard to come by

This plumber is nothing short of a monster - he sent an engineer out to fit a new combi boiler - the engineer completely botched the job and left a huge mess - I was without heating for nearly a year, refused to pay hijm, as I don't pay rogue traders, he took me to court, it was struck out and I paid another plumber£2000 to corec t the work, which was sessntially a boiler plumbed into itself, i.e. away from the raiators and back to the boiler - he then decided to pay £250 to try and come after me again & the court dismissed the case again - some people never learn! I'm not smug, I am disappointed that people like this get to trade, and I have told trading standards as much, who advised they will keep a file on him - so the more people who use their voice to report him there, the better. I hate the thought of vulnerable people paying him for shoddy work and then having to pay again - I think he is totally winging it and if you've used him & had a good experience, that's luck trust me!

Showed up to fix a gas leak, made it worse and claimed that it save to use. My house could blow up. Never again.
