Excellent service and realistic approach to the problem in that the engineer was conscious of potential costs --- basically it could have taken all day as it was a massive air lock. Completed the work in good time. All working now as it should.

Rightio kept me informed via txt and phone calls. Job completed within hour and plumber was efficient and polite. Salman was able to identify and explain clearly what the problem was, showing me the defective parts. I was very confident that he knew what he was doing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rightio again on the basis of his work.

Despite contacting Rightio at short notice they came out as soon as they could and solved my plumbing problem very quickly.The plumber was very friendly and did his job well and the cost was reasonable would recommend them anytime.

Just dreadful - spent days waiting for a promised phone call to talk to an engineer and after a dozen phone calls to get feedback on progress of getting the said engineer, and waiting for about a combined two hours, I gave up and went elsewhere.

The locksmith who came to me did a great job. I called a few who were clearly rip off cow boys . Keys4u Northampton was my 3rd call as it was 3rd on the list. I called him at 5pm and he came within the websites stated time of 30 minutes. The price was good for the work I needed doing and the locksmith was so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I can call Clerkenwell Keys4U locksmith anytime. I almost didn't get home from work a couple of nights ago because I left my keys in the car. It only took them about 30 minutes to reach my office and about 5 minutes to unlock my car!

We used Allerco Plumbing & Heating recently to replace a pump in our power shower and Will done a cracking job, he came out to see our 18 year old shower, then straight away went and got the part and got the job done, I would use him again without a shred of a doubt and made sure we had enough of his cards for when we need him next and also to give out recommendations for him, he was a great guy too, really entertaining, a 5 star service.

I was quoted £85 per hour - no mention of additional VAT but fair enough. Plumber came en route to another job nearby to assess - with me under half an hour. A friend purchased a recommended part nearby and brought it back to my home. The plumber returned from his other job and took 38 minutes to do the job ( he was timed). I was charged for two full hours - my bill in total for this slightly over one hours actual work - £183.60 (this included a 10% reduction from Age U.K. so the job was ok but the cost floored me.

I hired Allerco Plumbing & Heating to fix a toilet cistern and my overall experience was positive, the plumber was approachable, informative, polite and kept me informed of progress, I have used him before and would definitely use him again and I would certainly recommend him to family and friends, he did a very good job.

My landlady called Allerco Plumbing & Heating to replace the water tank in the property I am living in. I thought the service provided was good, the man who came arrived on time and was a pleasant guy who just got on with the work. As far as small companies go I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Allerco Plumbing & Heating did a lot of work for me from changing my taps and the flusher on the toilet to fitting a new shower. I found them in a leaflet and it was my first time using them, they really didn't disappoint, the staff were very professional and helpful and I would happily use them again if needed.

Terrible service. Quote for £850 accepted to do all the work. Actually did half and got my wife to believe it had all been done. She paid in full the same day. I made contact with James he stated he would get someone to complete the work asap but never did. Review put in Checkatrade. James not happy with poor review used intimidation on phone telling me to take it off. Very nasty actually. No sign of half money returned. Professional NO. Trustworthy NO. You got the picture.

Unfortunately we were one of many effefed by the freezing temperatures earlier this month (March 2018). Our condense pipe to our boiler had frozen, and we called out Alloy Plumbing, they came out immediately and sorted the problem. The engineer was Polite & kept us well informed throughout, the price of the emergency call out was cheaper than other companies we had called prior to Alloy. Highly recommend.

I call out Alloy plumbing service I had water pouring through my ceiling into my front room,I had no way of turning it off, and the plumber came and made safe in no time,The lady on the phone explained the prices. gave me advice on how to slow the leak down (it worked) thank you. Julie
