Had Chris come round to fix and replace a kitchen tap. Excellent service. He went to find a near-like replacement from a store and came back to fit it. Very clear re. cost options and job all completed in one day. Chris had a great 'customer' manner and was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Pimlico Plumbers charges £120/hr, one would expect extraordinary service for such rates. I having spent approximately £1000 for getting two jobs done in the last month, some £800 of which were labor time. The job done was a fairly average, with some delays, a plumber terrorising me about the state of the fixtures and suggesting all needs changing, a screw up which led me to have to call them again to change my mains stop cock. Having booked this last job two days ago, I am now (14:30) sat at my tenanted flat waiting for the plumber who was supposed to arrive between 9 and 12. And they dont know if they can get someone here before 4pm. They have offered me 10% off (!) to move my appointment.

Do not trust this company. My boilers gas valve needed replacing. Pimlico said it was impossible to get the part and tried to sell me a new boiler. I found the exact same part, new in the box with guarantee, at a plumbers merchants the next day. Pimlico Plumbers are either fraudulent or incompetent. Do not trust the information or advice they give you.

Had a new combi boiler with Nest fitted this week. Did a fantastic job, not only on the day but also by providing a solution that has bought me more space in my home. They turned up on the dot of the time agreed, despite the conditions and completed the work as quickly as they could to ensure there was as little disruption to me as possible. My house was left sparkling after the installation and my neighbour even commented on how polite they had been. The whole process from quote to installation was a breeze and everyone from the contractors was polite, friendly and eager to help! Cannot sing their praises more

The drain man came out quickly cleared my outside drain and cleaned whole area. Extremely happy with the finished result.

Hi please be careful of this company. They have fabricated fake reviews here and all over internet (hence its always 5 stars and not 3 or 4). Unfortunately, we got conned out of thousands of pounds by them before we did our reserach.. We have been jobless past 4 months due to covid and our last pennies were taken by plumbforce direct.. but you dont imagine human beings doing that to others do you? Do your research and check trustpilot for genuine reviews (which they all reported cause they are true). Take care all and be safe x
