Just left 10/10 feedback on Checkatrade for Nicholas (owner of CallGas) as he has just completed a Gas Safety Certificate for my Apartment in Four Oaks at very short notice. I needed one done the same day as I have tenants moving in in a few days. I called about 5 companies and none could do it the same day. Nicholas was able to arrive very quickly (within 1.5 hours) and arrived promptly in a professionally branded van with all Gas Safety Regd logos etc. Very very pleased with the service, it did not take too long and he was extremely professional and courteous, and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend CallGas to anyone in Birmingham looking for a high quality service at a reasonable price.

Our boiler was leaking badly and beyond repair so we needed to invest in a new boiler. Tom gave us a really good quote for a range of options, explaining the pros and cons of each and the installation process, and sent the different quotes through the same day. He fitted the new boiler on a Friday as we were keen to have everything set up by the weekend and ensured everything was in working order and warranty docs etc were signed before finishing. We had opted for the Nest thermostat which Tom knew how to instal and set up, which he talked us through afterwards, and even discarded our old boiler for us.

Prompt, polite and professional. Got straight to work and knew exactly what he was doing as well as keeping me informed with everything he was doing. Went above and beyond to ensure the job was sorted. Will definitely be using again and would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!

I put my job on website and had a call on next day. Tom is very efficient and skilled i would say. He gave me resonable quote and gave me a date with my conviniance. He was on time and finished his job quickly. He showed his I D card in first place which shows his professinalisum. I m sorted with any plumbing job for next few years. I will difinately recommend. For getting your boiler repaired I would recommend calling this plumber up! He came on time to my house, did a good repair job to! Charged less than expected to!

Emergency leak under the bath coming through ceiling. Called low cost plumbing who arrived in 25 minutes and sorted everything for such a reasonable price! Would definitely recommended.

Needed new taps fitted in my bathroom, low cost plumbing were, quick, friendly and completed the job for a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.
