Complete rip off. Started the meter before getting in the car they then attempted to take to long route to the destination. Rip off. Do not use.

These ARE NOT Baldock Taxies. They do not deal with Baldock-Baldock trips. I am not sure why they are listed as Baldock Taxies. I've called them for B-B and Baldock - Stevenage rides - been refused both. Apparently they appear at the top of google for Airports runs - this is misleading. I desperately needed a cab today and ended up calling these guys twice because of google dynamics. Frustrating and annoying. Market yourself properly please. Stop wasting everyone elses time in the hope that you get a golden airport run.

Very rude and unprofessional park on spots where they are not supposed to parked on parking permit holders spot only which is very bad and did not allow room for any space for me to enter and when I asked was here unprofessional and rude to me. Very bad taxi service overall.

Beware! This company is disingenuous and has very bad customer service. I booked a journey for my parents from London to Luton, which I then cancelled. Despite the cancellation was confirmed by the operator both on the phone and by email, I was still charged the money for the full journey.

absolutely terrible rude driver refused to take me as he wanted upfront payment which to my knowledge is illegal as he has not fulfilled the service that i am paying for yet i am still being demanded to pay cash upfront otherwise he will not take me anywhere and told me to "Hurry up" in an aggressive manner to get in the taxi, when every other taxi service ive had have no issue with taking me to my location and then paying for the service once ive been taken to my destination, this taxi service doesnt even deserve 1 star rating but its sadly the lowest this site will allow to leave a review, if anyone wants a taxi this is the worst place to go to.

Dangerous and aggressive driving! Do not use! Taxi driver tail gated me and honked his horn constantly to deliberately intimidate me, after I had made an innocent turn at a roundabout (which only cut him off because he was SPEEDING) ... all this aggression , despite having my baby on board sign clearly on display. Disgusting.

Lovely Guy dropped us home and then came back as my husband left his phone in the car.

always use this taxi service and unfortunately the call centre lady was so rude we will never use them again out of principle.

The customer service lady started shouting and being sarcastic answering my questions when I followed up the cab we asked for. They should not presume that all the customers know how their system works when getting cabs and theres definitely no reason for them to be rude to customers who ask properly.

Quote one price and charge another much higher price. Customer service is shockingly bad and owner is incredibly rude when responding to reviews. I would highly advise you NOT to use this company.
