Dangerous drivers. Do not use them. Sooner or later they will likely kill someone!!! Every morning we cycle with our child to school, and at least once a week, every week, a Steve's Taxi car will almost hit us! Either dangerous overtaking, dangerous undertaking, pulling out without looking, or pulling over without looking. The drivers are rude, inconsiderate and dangerous. Avoid this awful company like the plague!

Rude obnoxious staff Ordered a taxi to take me my partner and daughter and husband home 8.30 pm not late taxi turntup got in it and somebody p!d all over back seat 2 of us were soaking wet.Taxi driver said it wasnt his fault we walked to office they were dame right rude and obnoxious I asked what they were going to do about it they said nothing its not there problem so two very wet bums and clothes later not even a offer of another taxi home.What a disgusting company .!!!going to contact trading standards.

Office staff are completely rude and unhelpful. 4 times I have called now requesting a receipt only to be told that they could not as the manager was not in nobody else could email across. By the 3rd call, I eventually got through to the manager who said they would send it on and 4 days later they still have not. 4th call was today again to the rude receptionist who could not assist me. When I told her the urgency in terms of me being able to complete my expenses, she just told me there was nothing that she could do and that was that! I do understand there will be a process that they have to follow, but there is a way to communicate to your customers and that is not it. Very cold, no apology offered - the message was just not delivered in the nicest way. Such a shame considering the drivers are absolutely lovely. I will not be using this service again and will recommend my company to do the same.

Rude staff. Rubbish booking system in office. Queue jumping if you wait outside. What's the point of booking when smokers outside can nick your cab. Drivers should check that they are carrying the correct customer. Will use station taxis (Anglian) from now on.

Awful service. They don't take names at the office so if anyone is going to the same place as you and is outside smoking where the taxis are, then they will get your taxi despite you having waited. When asked, office staff were very rude and refused to listen to the simple suggestion of taking a name for a cab. Lack common sense and business acumen of any other cab company. Occasionally forget to put the apostrophe in 'Steve's'...

Brilliant service friendly driver's and cheaper than I thought thanks guys

Very very bad. Use Steve's. No good for babies. Called to book explaining baby with baby seat. Car arrived was too old that seat belt too short for baby car seat. Anglian Would not send replacement car and did not care about safety of my 4 month old baby girl. I am disgusted. Tried to complain and ask for owner and they disconnected me.

Booked a taxi to get me to work at 6am. Prebooked last night. Waited and waited but it did not turn up. Lady on the phone had said that she had booked me a taxi for 5.45am. Tried phoning to find the whereabouts but was told via an automated message that they do not open til 7am. Had I been told this on the phone I would have booked elsewhere. Furious is an understatement. I have only just started this job and turning up late because someone else cant do their job properly isnt a good start. Will not be using you again.

Quote one price and charge another much higher price. Customer service is shockingly bad and owner is incredibly rude when responding to reviews. I would highly advise you NOT to use this company.

It started with the phone call the man who answered was polite helpful and gave me prices and help when asked for it. His driver was wonderful was courteous helped with stuff to the door and trolley. Highly recommended will definitely be using them again. Five Stars. First class.

On business in Cambridge, by train. Ordered taxi from Huntingdon station. Waiting, clean smart car, courteous driver, got me to centre of Cambridge easily (despite traffic!) and on time. Was able to book one to get back to station. Different driver, again polite efficient and clean car happy to use again.

Best prices compared to other firms in Bedford, would definitely recommend.

Drivers and office staff always polite and efficient plus today collected me from Heathrow a delayed flight but no problem they were waiting and back home an hour later another Kempston firm refused the booking due to Corona virus thanks for your common sense
