    • Absolutely terrible service. Rude driver, used one taxi last night. First of all the taxi was late, then stopped 50m from where we were, clearly seeing us with all our luggage. Eventually after he parked in front of us he didnt even bother coming out of his van to open the boot. After we loaded all our luggage but struggled with the two ski bags, he got involved, pushing and bashing the skis. We asked him to be more careful as it is expensive equipment, to which he responded rudely that he is not driving us anywhere. We were with two kids and all the luggage. We had to call his company and in his defense he lied that weve been rude and treating him like a slave. Lazy liar, who didnt help at all. Would never ever use this company again. Appalling service!

    • Terrible service!!! Booked for them to drop me off to the airport had to ring to confirm the job more than once. The driver stopped in the middle of nowhere expecting us to get out, I then had to use Google maps to give the driver directions to reach our destination. On the way back we again had to confirm more than once, our flight was delayed by 30 mins when we landed at 7.55 I rang the driver at which point he began to make excuses saying he left at 5.45 but the traffic was so bad that he still hadn't arrived. He didn't know where he was or how long it would take him as he didn't use a sat nav. Once we had our baggage 20mins later I rang him again at which point he said he would be a further 20mins. I rang the office and they were completely uninterested and rude. Altogether we paid £285 for an absolute ruddy service. They are rude, unprofessional and do not know how to run a business. If you want a reliable taxi service do not use A1 Cars Bedford!

    • Awful do not use these cars unless you have a very strong air freshener in your bag - strong smells of stale men - seats really dirty - whole experience made me feel sick !!!! They should be paying customers to travel in these conditions - DISGUSTING & NEVER AGAIN shall I use this company .

    • Have used Ezee Cabs on Christmas Day as a wheelchair taxi and again on New Year's Eve as a normal taxi on both occasions the cab arrived in good time, the driver was extremely friendly and polite and constantly ensured we were all comfortable and drove really well observing all speed and traffic regulations. I felt very safe which l don't always in some cabs. I would really recommend this company and will definitely use them every time l need a taxi in the future.
