Excellent service always on time

I get late at work taxi was nowhere

Roundabout Taxi's turned up half an hour late, so I missed my mums funeral. Manager told me it was my own fault, disgusting!

Terrible experience. Booked and paid return journey Droitwich/Wainwright Rd. Rang 1 hr before expected return, but due to traffic coach 10/15 mins late. Taxi had been and gone. On enquiry was told rudely would have to pay again. On the holiday this taxi ride had bookended, my partner, 85, had fallen and broken his hip. I am a 74 yr old pensioner and had to travel home alone on the coach. The taxi firm's rude and unhelpful attitude added another layer of agony to a distressing situation. Be warned.

Have found the Blue Door Group to be extremely reliable - am impressed. I have had to book this firm twice for a pick-up for my boss from Droitwich train station (travelling in from London) and they have been friendly, professional and punctual in their service. Would recommend.

They werent bothered to pick me up, so had to ask another company, was promised they were reliable

Paid for taxi using the app. No driver turned up. No text to say taxi had arrived. Took money and refused to send replacement. Will never use again.

I've been a loyal customer for years but after my last experience I will never use them again. My little boy was sick in the car. I cleaned it as best I could but the driver had a go at me, in front of my children, for the last 10 minutes of the journey. He upset my children and was trying to pressure me into going to a cash point or borrowing money to pay to have his car cleaned. I'm a disabled single mom. This journey was already costing £25. I explained I couldn't afford it but he kept having a go at me and made me very uncomfortable. You have lost one of your best customers!
