Taxi driver driving far too fast down a school road with kids on either sides decided to soak me and my kids by driving through a puddle. Spoke to her at the school gates and she told me to lose some weight and hit me with her car door. A lovely person and a lovely company. Avoid.

Disgusting language from the lady driver! who then threw my change at both me and my 12 year old.. Cannot actually believe the experience!

Wanted to make a complaint about a driver blocking me in but was greeted on the phone by the most disgusting woman I've ever met. Refused to take my complaint or even listen to what I had to say. Told me that they've reported me to the police and when I asked her name as I am going to be taking this further she hung up on me. This place needs closing down!

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Absolutely awful. Booked a taxi and waited 15 minutes before phoning to see where it is lady said it's on its way, waited 40 minutes in total and still nothing. I eventually gave up and phoned to tell them and the woman basically said I was a liar and that there was a car there (which is just not true) and it was unmarked. Even if there was an unmarked black car that bothered to turn up a young woman on her own isn't going to walk up to a random black car at gone midnight and say 'hello any chance you're a taxi'. Absolutely idiotic. Rude staff and awful awful service. DON'T EVER USE.

Gwent Cars Taxi, Pontypool DO NOT USE!! Booked a taxi 48 hours in advance and it didn't turn up. When I phoned to enquire why, there was no reply. Just walked 3 miles home in the pouring rain. Avoid at all costs folks. I'm cold, wet and furious!!

Made my wife late for work as ordered a taxi sent a text to confirm but did not turn up and its not the 1st time they have done this they are a shocking taxi firm use another btaxi company if you can at all costs.

Friends booked taxi tonight ..when they phoned and it was an hour late the lady on the book put phone down 3 times in total .shocking service ..if you're booked be truthful ..def won't be using again 1cos you can't do nil !

Haven't used this firm but friends tried to book a taxi tonight ..over an hour late..phoned a couple of times to check where they where and told round the corner ..for an hour! Woman on the book put the phone down on my friends 3 times ..some service ..don't bother ! 1 star cos can't do no star !

I would recommend this taxi firm , They picked my daughter and her friend from Pontypool town , sent me a text when they were leaving their base , who was picking them up , a lady called Katie , colour reg and make of car . A far safer way of getting a taxi .

I really can't believe this business is still running after all the years of abusing customers!! I still remember how bad it was - even 17 years ago!! Please do not use this company, give your money to someone who deserves it and provides a reliable service. Seriously bad..

If i could rate this company 0 stars I would. Ordered a taxi for 10.15pm rang them at 10.20pm and they reckon they were outside for 10 mins. No phone call to say they were outside...nothing! Despite turning up early!! Avoid this company at all costs
