Have used this company on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the experience. Last occasion was 8/4/2023. My booking was taken in a fast, efficient manner. It was confirmed by text as I was putting the phone down. At EXACTLY the time of my requested pickup, I had a text to say that the cab was waiting for me. The driver (Jan) was supberb and the fare was very reasonable. Again, happy with the service.

Taxi driver driving far too fast down a school road with kids on either sides decided to soak me and my kids by driving through a puddle. Spoke to her at the school gates and she told me to lose some weight and hit me with her car door. A lovely person and a lovely company. Avoid.

Disgusting language from the lady driver! who then threw my change at both me and my 12 year old.. Cannot actually believe the experience!

Wanted to make a complaint about a driver blocking me in but was greeted on the phone by the most disgusting woman I've ever met. Refused to take my complaint or even listen to what I had to say. Told me that they've reported me to the police and when I asked her name as I am going to be taking this further she hung up on me. This place needs closing down!

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Absolutely awful. Booked a taxi and waited 15 minutes before phoning to see where it is lady said it's on its way, waited 40 minutes in total and still nothing. I eventually gave up and phoned to tell them and the woman basically said I was a liar and that there was a car there (which is just not true) and it was unmarked. Even if there was an unmarked black car that bothered to turn up a young woman on her own isn't going to walk up to a random black car at gone midnight and say 'hello any chance you're a taxi'. Absolutely idiotic. Rude staff and awful awful service. DON'T EVER USE.

Made my wife late for work as ordered a taxi sent a text to confirm but did not turn up and its not the 1st time they have done this they are a shocking taxi firm use another btaxi company if you can at all costs.

Loyal customer for years, phone to chase a late taxi and accuse you of not booking in the first place. Disgusting.

If i could rate this company 0 stars I would. Ordered a taxi for 10.15pm rang them at 10.20pm and they reckon they were outside for 10 mins. No phone call to say they were outside...nothing! Despite turning up early!! Avoid this company at all costs

Always drive everywhere but sometimes taxis are nessasary especially when going to the hospital with my mum who is not great at getting around. First time I've used chow and they were fab. Courteous drivers both ways, nice clean cars and on time the one way and very quick to arrive on the return journey that wasn't pre booked. I can only speak as we find and this was an excellent experience and would definitely use again

Maybe its because we'd had a couple of pints I don't know but the taxi seemed really smooth nearly fell asleep excellent stuff.

Turned up a day early? But could not have cared less that there were no taxis for the six of us the following evening in spite of booking 2 weeks in advance. No "sorry for the mistake" just disinterest.

Their drivers are awefull, left me stranded took me 4 and a half hours to walk home absolutly livid.

I personally recommend this company yes sometimes during the rush hour they can be late by a few minutes but the drivers are apologetic if late but on Christmas day I needed to get home was gonna be charged stupid money by other companies but mia;s got me home even though officially they were not running on Christmas day I recommend them.

Driver not paying attention to the road (talking to passengers in back seat and veering toward central reservation). Had to request him to pull over as he became argumentative about this. Police called as he accused us of racial slurs and threats. Once police arrive he only wanted his fair. We were left stranded. Clearly not acceptable.

Charged me £11 for a journey that costs a fiver. Complained and got a little refund, sent emails to management who didn't respond. Driver obviously knew he was overcharging. Theives. Horrible company. Don't trust them in the slightest.

Booked them WHILE ON the train 1 hour prior to arrival at station. No sign whatsoever of the taxi I'd booked. I had an urgent engagement that I could not miss. Walked round to the taxi office, where 5 of their drivers started arguing amongst themselves, in which one of their drivers number 195 was extremely aggressive towards me while I watched on in sheer bewilderment. Was then told to wait by a bus stop by one of the over-weight bubble gum chewing girls in their "office", finally got in the taxi some 25 minutes later!!! Not happy. This firm is a waste of time. Avoid.

Must say I feel extremely disappointed in this company, booked (as usual) via App, taxi was late therefore I missed the train. Phone operator blatantly lied saying driver was dropping off, driver proceeded to state he was asked to cover job when I called. Would suggest Star taxis at lest they state they cant get you a certain times

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! . Twice I have used them and twice I have missed the train. The last time I refused to pay because the office had promised that they would get me to the train on time. My train to Paddington was scheduled to leave at 15.39 so I booked the taxi for 15.00 (usually a 7 minute ride from my home). At 15.03 I telephone the office and was told the driver was just dropping someone else off and would be with me in the next 5 mins. I explained again about catching the train and was told they would get me there on time. The driver eventually turned up at 15.17 and then we hit traffic. I MISSED MY TRAIN!! I refused to pay because I consider that they broke the contract and the driver threatened to call the police!!! I DID NOT PAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME!!!!! RUBBISH!!
