Taxis in CV32

Thank yo so much for wonderfull taxi service.

We booked the taxi from Birmingham Airport to Warwick town and how wonderful taxi service we received from Ali . Thank you so much and recommend this taxi firm to anyone ! You wont be disappointed.

When i was visited leamington spa , i used taxi united warwick taxi service , really friendly driver and clean vehicles. Will use their taxi service again .

Always on time, if there are any delays then we always get notified. I would highly recommend this taxi company.

Overcharged by driver on the way home, by over double the cost. He refused to show us the meter and demanded payment. I was then insulted by the operator when i phoned to complain. He called me a t*at for paying, after i told him what happened. I phoned with a pleasant manner, with no attitude. Shocking. Ive complained to the Council. I will never use this company again, even though the earlier driver was very nice and charged reasonably.

Many thanks for the excellent service. Thank you for being so obliging when we had to make a sudden unexpected alteration to a pick up time. Much appreciated.

Very friendly service

Spoke to Chris who rang to say that they 'may' be 10 minutes late because of another booking for the same time. I booked 7 days prior to booking so can only assume another person had booked. It wouldnt have been an issue if we were on a tight deadline, however he said that he shouldn't of rung and said anything. Recommend ringing to confirm taxi times...!

I rang, asked for a taxi, 45 minutes waited, no response when i tried to ring back, this has happened several times with them, they remain the worst taxi firm in Warwickshire

Didn't turn up. Despite me booking in advance and ringing again to confirm all was OK. Lady rude on the phone at time of booking, sounded like I was putting her out. Gave flight number and time of pick up at least 4 times. Waited half an hour outside at airport and when I phoned they said they had lost the flight number so had not sent anyone. They still knew the pick up time and could they not have phoned me? They had my mobile number.

I have used Warwick Taxis a few times they are punctual and also courteous, would recommend them to anyone
