I booked a taxi last month for Saturday night on my wedding night to take me, my husband and and 5 year old son home and they showed up and never answer there phone either ! Absolutely disgusting as it was booked for 11pm and couldn't then get another taxi

Taxi arrived at wrong house, we were waiting outside, he went to wrong house then went leaving us stranded!! No help on the phone!! Very angry,

Disgusting service Saturday. We booked a minibus for 12.30pm for a wedding. Had not arrived by 12.40 so we called to say here in 8 to 12 minutes. No van by 12.50, rang again, said 5 minutes. Send a tracking link which showed the minibus dropping off customers miles away. Asked for 2 cars instead, not available apparently. Said they couldn't contact driver. In the end had to ring around for family to take us and we missed the ceremony of our childhood friend, a moment we will never get back. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Awful company.

We used this company as the only 'wheelchair' taxi available in stourbridge for my elderly disabled mother. on 2 occassions they contaced us to cancel on the day of the appointment, which was to tak her to a medical appt. when contacting them to express my disatisfaction the guy on the phone was so rude! he told me they had no drivers, no taxis and to go somewhere else! wow. i couldnt belive how agressive and rude someone could be considering i had done nothing wrong!. i will definately not be using this firm again and will be advising everyone i know to stay clear as they are an awful company for reliability and attitude.

I ordered taxi with this company to Birmingham airport and back after a week. Very good service, I recommend to everybody. Luke

Absolute top service from booking to picking up and dropping off . Very friendly and helpful office staff and a wonderful driver who kept us well informed on when he would be with us . Polite , punctual would definitely recommend and will most certainly be using again

Excellent service very reliable

Terrible experience. Booked and paid return journey Droitwich/Wainwright Rd. Rang 1 hr before expected return, but due to traffic coach 10/15 mins late. Taxi had been and gone. On enquiry was told rudely would have to pay again. On the holiday this taxi ride had bookended, my partner, 85, had fallen and broken his hip. I am a 74 yr old pensioner and had to travel home alone on the coach. The taxi firm's rude and unhelpful attitude added another layer of agony to a distressing situation. Be warned.

Have found the Blue Door Group to be extremely reliable - am impressed. I have had to book this firm twice for a pick-up for my boss from Droitwich train station (travelling in from London) and they have been friendly, professional and punctual in their service. Would recommend.
