Never come on time sending driver without experience very bad service ... sometimes even rude

Very bad experience... Everytime i called them they are not in time or never showed up.. They have no courtesy to call the customer or compensate the customer.. And they will never understand the urgency of the customers.. No matter u called them hour before or 10 mins before the time they will make you late for your appointments and you will have a loss... Not recommended at all.. This is my 8 and last experience...

I used this service for a short journey and they were on time and courteous. It is good to have cash with you as it makes it easier to pay as I am a senior and found the card system complicated lol

Terrible costumer service . They need to change their attitude

Absolutely terrible service and the driver needs to sort his attitude out. The driver is driving me and I am paying him, that's payment for a service, not you doing me a favour that warrants you being aggressive.

Terrible experience, they lie about there being no extra fees, turned up late, the car stank inside and even worse customer service, would avoid at all costs

Very bad service, i booked a taxi at 6AM for 8AM a couple weeks ago, the taxi didn't turn up and my card was charged, not only that, when i rang back the 'manager' yelled at me and said the bank should release the money back which did not happen as Goldline had taken the money. Anyways so i booked another taxi last night for 8AM, i thought i would ring at 7:55 just to confirm, the office said taxi should be there, no driver came at 8AM, i rang the office again and they said its late due to school rush & the driver is really busy. When the driver turned up at 8:12 he said he was only called for this job 5 mins ago. Just goes to show how bad the service is! Never using again esp if im running late!!!!

Furious! Booked taxi to airport for 11,turned up at 11.15 with no petrol !!Finally got it at 11.40 Hope I can make the flight !! I wouldnt mind if I hadnt booked it Friday confirmed yesterday and then confirmed at 10 am Not wearing a mask though I have to Its the controllers fault they should be managing the service. We ended up in East Ham getting petrol after 3 other attempts ! Ridiculous !

Worst cab company ever!! They tell you they have a cab & will be with you in 10 mins yet 30 mins later still no cab, even though you call in several times & are told the cab is just around the corner!!! !This has happened to me several times with this company so am deleting their number now so I dont make the mistake of using them ever again

Booked cab at 10 am for 11.30 am to go up the road to vet with small cat in a cat carrier (which I said i had when calling) - at 11.30 no cab. I called back, man on the phone tells me he is trying to find someone who would take a cat. I pointed out I needed the cab at 11.30 as per booking. He then shouts at me: “who am I talking to!??” Well to him obviously, hed just let me down! He then slammed the phone down! He should have let me know if there was a problem, instead he just let me down and was very rude on the phone rather than professional! I also advised the vets who had kindly me their number so they are now aware

Greengates Cars save the day. Sunday Morning 31st July 2017 - I've been let down by Amber Cabs in Woolwich, British Rail (not open on a Sunday in London in the middle of the tourist season - having a major laugh there lads), and unreliable bus timetables. Greengate Cars to the rescue. Walked in off the street in a bit of a panic, needed to be in Beckton and was already behind. schedule. The Indian man was calm, and I shared the trip with an African family (we all agreed - cheaper). I asked him for a price, which was the price charged. I asked him how long did I have to wait, he said no time as he was going to bring me to Albatross Cross himself. Also, the nice Seik man on the 115 bus to Canning Town - thumbs up to him, as he said, get Greengates Cars, they won't let you down. And they didn't!!
