Rude and disrespectful

Phoned at 6pm Monday and booked taxi for 7.30 am Tuesday. Got confirmation text. 7.10 am Tuesday they call and cancel. Too late for me to make other arrangements. Quite rude too - no explanation and acted as though I should be grateful theyd bothered to let me know.

Friendly service.

They were friendly and took all the travellers details to ensure his flights are met.

They were able to fit in a last minute airport transfer.

I've been using Surrey Cars of Guildford for best part of 4 years. These guys are by far the best Taxi Service in this area from my experience. They have an excellent fleet of executive cars which are very reasonably priced. I use their app to book my car and receive a text with vehicle/driver details when the car is outside. Being a frequent traveler to the airports (twice a week) I'm able to book my car in seconds using their smartphone app. Highly recommended, if your looking for a reliable Guildford/Godalming area taxis.

I booked a taxi via Premier Cars a day in advance to travel to a wedding. When I called the company at the time I was expecting the taxi, I was informed that they had no record of the booking. Additionally, they had no cars available. We were relying on Premier Cars to get us to a wedding on time and they let us down. Avoid this company.

Brilliant service! The car came on time, the driver helped me with the luggage and was very pleasant and polite in communication. I highly recommend Brookwood Taxis to everyone and will be using the company myself in the future!

I have been using central taxis the past 5 years and would highly recommend them. The cars are clean and the drivers are all friendly and very reliable, As a woman travelling on my own sometimes this is very important.

The best taxi company around. They are so reliable and always tell you the truth. Lovely, friendly couple. I cannot recommend them high enough.

I can tolerate lateness even though its for school. But the gentleman on the phone is absolutely rude. MP has NO safeguarding procedure in place for the children they are responsible to take to school SAFELY. Third day and we havent met the designated driver- again can understand. However the company FAILED to communicate the new driver to me ( parent ). No name sent a female driver instead of the male and then still ended up being picked up yet by another driver. If it was just for myself that is not an issue. But since we are dealing with children it is absolutely crucial that the company and parents have communication procedure in place so parents and child know if the driver is late and who is picking them up. Otherwise if thats the norm the child may enter the stolen taxi with the fake driver. When I tried to suggest the better communication I was rudely dismissed and said I can simply make a complain. No apology for inconvenience Today(2nd) they hang up on me.

Late rude , bad driving the driver stunk and no child seat provided for the school run . Never again

The taxi arrived promptly and was good value for money.
