Jake's Cars are a local taxi service near me and were recommended by my son. I use them on a regular basis as I have some trouble walking. The service they provides brilliant. The lady that answers the phone, Debbie, is very nice and the drivers are smartly dressed, friendly and always turn up on time. I would recommenced them to others for the great service.

Jake's Cars are a local taxi company to me that I have been using for a few months now, and the service with them is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and they always turn up on time, if there is any reason they may be a little later than expected they let me know which is great. I cant fault them at all and would recommend them to others.

I booked a taxi via Premier Cars a day in advance to travel to a wedding. When I called the company at the time I was expecting the taxi, I was informed that they had no record of the booking. Additionally, they had no cars available. We were relying on Premier Cars to get us to a wedding on time and they let us down. Avoid this company.

AVOID! All of the fake 5* reviews are clearly (poorly) written by staff. All of the genuine 1* reviews are written by actual customers. Incompetent booking service, sent the taxi to the wrong address and even that was late. Missed my train. Shambolic.

Ordered taxi for hospital appointment but it didnt turn up. When I called dispatch the girl LIED and told me that theyd had a couple of breakdowns. When the driver finally arrived he told me hed been sitting in a car park for the last 40 minutes. I then called dispatch to complain and they simply didnt care. Pathetic company that simply dont care about the customers as long as they get their cut from the drivers. Any good reviewers are either very lucky or work for the company

Speedwell Taxis is a very professional taxi firm in Godalming area. The cars are always on time and the fare is very competitive. I'm happy doing business with them.

One star - just. I booked a taxi for my mother (91 years) to take her to a local surgery for an appointment at 10am. I made clear to them her age st the time of booking. The taxi didnt turn up and mother had to chase them. She was very late and very stressed. All bookings go to a central hub and from there it seems like pot luck if you are dedicated a taxi. Disappointing experience and I will not be using again until the ratings improve (vastly) here. When I spoke me to them to ask why, they were very sheepish and offered apologies but what use is that if you have important appointments to make.

I was in the train when i search for a taxi service from Ash Vale train station, i searched the internet and found Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers online. I called the taxi number and a guy promptly answered the phone, i told him that i am due to arrive in Ash Vale train station in an hour and that i needed a taxi to bring me to Aviator hotel. The taxi operator arranged my pick-up, i received a text update with the details of the taxi that fetched me. The taxi company in Ash Vale arranged everything for me.

We hired the taxi service of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers in Aldershot and the whole process was easy, the booking confirmation was sent as promised and they sent constant communication all through out. Had a peace of mind and that is priceless. Excellent taxi service that i will not hesitate to use and refer again and again, you should try their service and you will know what i mean.

Very punctual and polite service. Surprised that I got updated by text message as well which is a very useful service to know where and when the taxi is available. Now booked again and will be my preferred company as they have decent rates too!!!

Pre-booked taxi didnt turn up. No one answered the phone so made my own way. Had the nerve to call me 30 mins after was due and ask if I could come out now. Avoid these people at all costs.

Dangerous and aggressive driver who answers the phone with passengers in vehicle.

Called this taxi firm after getting a voice mail from another firm in Farnham when we called. Polite lady answered, assured us the taxi would be there in 10 minutes and he arrived in 7mins. Comfortable car, polite friendly driver and reasonable price. Would definately use again!

I have used this taxi service multiple times. When rides are booked in advance they are late 90% of the time, and when you call up you get the classic, "Oh hello sir, your taxi is just around the corner" or "Your driver is just a couple of minutes away". If it was one or two times I would have said it was the driver's faults but it seems to be that the company doesn't allow enough time for drivers to get from one job to the next job. Added to that, the drivers knowledge of the local area has several times proved to be extremely limited to none. I once got in a taxi in Frensham and asked to drop someone off in Rowledge village before going to Farnham station...the driver had no idea where Rowledge was (about 1/2 a mile down the same road) and many drivers can't get anywhere without a GPS. On top of the poor local area knowledge, consistently being late, and the drivers are often curt to say the least, they are also poor drivers. I now refuse to use them.

Agree with the other comment; this company just left me and my partner stranded at a wedding venue in the country side when we pre booked a taxi. We then missed the last train home. They tried to lie and say that we had cancelled it. They said they sent another taxi to pick us up which never came and when we tried to call they picked up, swore at us and told us they'd call the police. Worst taxi company ever. Thanks to them we had to fork out for a hotel and travel home the next day. Please do not use!

Dreadful firm, do not use as do not turn up. Will leave you stranded.
