Brilliant service - on time, friendly and polite.

Call centre is so rude!!!! Don't know how you can go about talking to customers like that.

Tried to a order a taxi from my home, told the woman at the call centre my address and she kept demanding to know what 'area' of Hamilton I was in when my home is not in a specific area and I tried to explain the location to her and she continued to talk over me and said it wasn't good enough and she needed an area which I couldn't provide. She was very patronising and I just told her that I would call another service because I couldn't explain it to her any other way and she was increasingly rude and told me that she had 'too many other people to deal with' and I couldn't help her and hung up. I was left feeling incredibly annoyed at the customer service and rude staff. Would not recommend even trying this company

Not the best in motherwell drivers are v good just the staff that work in the call centre ain't very good as your last thing on there mind

Brain dead moron taxi driver, double parked, his door open, cars couldn't get past, when challenged, no apology just expletives! He is lucky is door wasn't taken off, putting him and his cab off the road!

Z cars dropped my sister at westburn cemetery at midnight drove away and left her,he was the last person to see her alive ,she was found the next morning,what type of man drives away and leave a 70 year old vulnerable woman in slippers and pyjamas on the worst night in cambuslang for snow why didnt he call his office or go back to my sisters house and tell them,they could have got to cemetery in 5 minutes,it is so hard to accept she could still be here with us if he had only told someone,our hearts are broken

Always unhelpful on the phone - drivers are nice but seems like there are few on the road. Why phone back in 30mins? Can't we just be put in a queue or book a time - gone to hampden cabs more often now.

Absolutely terrible The girls who answer the phone are really cheeky don't listen and so get the wrong pick up address

Would just like to say Z cars, are the best taxi service ever, so helpfull 15year old daughter was left at the Barrowlands tonight after a concert when she got split from her friends, called Z cars and within 1520mins she was home safe after the fast service off there lovely phone staff and drivers, i wouldn't use any other taxi service, if you want a reliable service then call Z car's. I am a support worker for people with disabilities and Hamilton TAO refused to take us because it was such a short distance. The people I support were very upset and quite rightly felt discriminated against.

Had a fantastic experience starting with the delightful woman on the phone, booked a taxi from bellshill to the hydro in Glasgow, was on time for both and an amazing price for the length of journey and the drivers were really nice, especially Charlie that picked us up at the hydro, had a great laugh with him and would be great if I ever got them again, an amazing experience.

Booked taxi for 8:30M as I had an MRI scan at the hospital at 9am. The taxi showed up at 8:55am which made me miss the scan Ive been waiting around a year to get. On top of that, when you call them they say masks must be worn in all our cars.. the driver who showed up had no mask and was coughing and sneezing uncontrollably he told me not to worry its not COVID its the cold. Well 5 days have passed and Im now LOADED with the cold and have to reschedule an operation I had on Monday due to this. Total f**king shambles of a “company”. I was told Id get a call back that day from the manager to complain.. Im still waiting.

Called an hour before hand to book a taxi for 14:45 as I have a train to catch, still no taxi by 14:53, so I phoned to ask where the taxi was and how long they would be as I was going to miss my train. The woman in the office wouldnt provide me with an ETA and was rude. Not the first time this has happened, they might want to get more polite staff especially when a taxi is ordered for a specific time and does not show up.

Got a taxi from Wellman cars from chalterhault park to my house from reg number FD58DAW beginning of February. My son is 3 year old and had to climb to his seat because hes small. His feet also didnt reach the end. We had just left a park and my son left a couple of muddy footprints on his seat due to the climbing. It will come off with a wet cloth!His car was already filthy before this. He smelled and so did his taxi. This taxi driver spent the whole journey making us feel uncomfortable. Snide remarks and shouted a couple of times as well because of this couple of footprints on his seat. I kept my mouth shut thinking if I said anything right now he would turf us out. He forcefully held my three year old son down and grabbed him. Wellman wont do anything about it.

Charged me for a hire that was canceled, and even sent a taxi out for the return journey pick up that was never engaged on the outward bound journey. Don't call you back when you've contacted them - very very poor service and wasting their own driver's time.

Twice on a Friday afternoon Ive asked for a taxi to catch a train in the last month or so. First time half an hour wait, second time even pre booked it was twenty mins late and missed the train. If you know this is a problem at this time why accept bookings. Especially for train station destinations. I deliberately booked it for 30 mins before the train was due and you still didnt manage it. Im five mins from the station. Just not good enough. Cant use you again. Too unreliable. Imagine if it was a flight !

Treatment of disabled is disgusting, please, please boycott this company they dont deserve to have a licence.

Cashonly - but only used them a couple times and they've been cheaper than a black cab between Glasgow City and Glenboig/Gartcosh area. Will use them again

I pre booked a taxi for 11:20 to take me to the train station for my train at 11:41. Bare in mind the drive is 5 minutes but I just wanted to give them extra time. My taxi never showed up and I couldnt get through when I tried to phone them. It then showed up 25 minutes late. I stay in a flat so by the time I got my text and got down the stairs it took me 3 minutes. As I reached the front door the taxi drove away and I got a text to say I missed my taxi. I most definitely wont be using this company ever again!!!

I use swift all the time never an issue until today the man said I was too lazy to walk to my house as it was raining and I was running late then told me he wouldnt usually do trips like this as its short and I could have walked

07878958734 this driver just gave my girlfriend pure abuse for not having change. Think hes in the wrong profession if he doeant have change. Scumbag is lucky it was a female he was giving the verbal and not me.

Left in the cold for an hour. Mid afternoon today missed docs appointment as a result. Do not use this taxi company. Taxi is 3 minutes away is the standard reply no matter how far away the taxi is. They're as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. Not the first time they've done this but will definitely be the last.

Quick and reliable service.

Left me waiting for a taxi for half an hour. When I called to ask when to expect it roughly I was told I had only booked it ten minutes ago, which wasn't accurate as I had the call history in my phone. The woman cancelled my taxi because I said no, I booked it more than 10 minutes ago and am just asking when to expect the taxi, and she said "I can't be bothered with you I'm cancelling your taxi" and hung up. Called back and got similar responses from different staff members. Odd as I have used their service before with no hassle. Also got calls from their number 01698285000 and when I answered they denied calling saying "And why would I want to speak to you?". Peculiar company won't be dialling them again in a hurry!

Quick cab ride of several miles. We bypassed some of the worst traffic thanks to the driver's knowledge and I arrived on time for a business meeting.

In town for work. Phoned for a taxi from my hotel to a restaurant and although I was only a couple of minutes late, the driver (Kelvin) was already angry! 1st: he wouldn't respond to my greeting. I can live with that. 2nd: he was blasting music, which I kindly requested that he dial down as it was too loud but it fell on deaf ears. Literally! Being non-confrontational by nature, I let this go- didn't wish to spoil my evening. 3rd: he then rolled down the driver's window, even though it was windy and raining- I was sat behind him. 4th: when (presumably) he didn't elicit any reaction from me, he drove like a maniac all the way to the restaurant- making really misjudged, sharp turns at roundabouts (music still blaring!). I wondered if he was high on something. Thank goodness it was only 7 minutes away- any longer would have made my anxiety spiral! Conclusion: Kelvin is an insolent and unpleasant human! Unless you'd like to risk incurring such wrath, I suggest you AVOID!

No experience to comment on phoned for taxi at 3am to be told sorry we are too busy try again later. That's a first, normally sorry we are really busy it will be (insert random time). Phoned competitor and taxi arrived in under 30min
