Taxis in Henley-in-Arden, West Midlands

I have just enquired by telephone to get an idea on cost for a couple of specific trips and to see if they would do the journey's I am looking for. I was very impressed with how helpful they were on the telephone, and will definitely be booking them when I am in area next month.. will do another review once used their service.

I have used Warwick Taxis a few times they are punctual and also courteous, would recommend them to anyone

We used Taxi Seven to travel to our Hotel and having a Husband in a Wheelchair it was a fantastic service both to the Hotel and return. The service was great and the fact that you could pay in advance or on the spot helped too. The drivers were also great and took over the loading of the wheelchair with my husband was a relief to me. Highly recommend this firm and the price is good too

We were a family group coming and going from Birmingham Airport on different days and flights. I booked 5 transfers for the family. This company made booking easy and put me at ease for the pick ups. On arrival our driver was at the doors with our name on a board he was helpful and courteous. They were on time and the transport was immaculately clean. I will use this company again and recommend them to everyone, Brilliant

Paid for taxi using the app. No driver turned up. No text to say taxi had arrived. Took money and refused to send replacement. Will never use again.

I've been a loyal customer for years but after my last experience I will never use them again. My little boy was sick in the car. I cleaned it as best I could but the driver had a go at me, in front of my children, for the last 10 minutes of the journey. He upset my children and was trying to pressure me into going to a cash point or borrowing money to pay to have his car cleaned. I'm a disabled single mom. This journey was already costing £25. I explained I couldn't afford it but he kept having a go at me and made me very uncomfortable. You have lost one of your best customers!

Booked a taxi for the airport this morning didnt turn up, no other car available. This is the second time in a few weeks we have had a problem getting to the airport but at least on that occasion a taxi eventually turned up 30 minutes late. Shocking service will never use them again.

Pre ordered a car for 6 for an important event. They sent a car for 4. First of all denied the booking was for 6. Then arranged an additional car for the 2 passengers still waiting, then cancelled, then sent another - for 6! Used to be a great taxi service, but not any more. Best to avoid.

Booked a taxi from Solihull with 2 drop offs via the App. The final fare came through as £33.60 but the driver, Shan Sufian (Estima Reg BC11 VKE) tried to charge my friend over £40 and took £40 off her for the fare (as that was all that she had on her). Total rip off and the driver blatantly overcharged for the journey, shocking service (he also turned his phone screen off when he dropped me off first so I couldnt see how much the fare was after giving me an inflated estimate - which I told him was more than I usually pay). Would give zero stars for this booking if the option was available

I have been a customer with A2B for over 12 years and now since new management took over the company has gone downhill. Under old management you always had a car and you always knew your fare. Now fares keep changing, cars rarely turn up, new drivers overcharging, company say they will refund the difference but never do. Majority of drivers will not pick you up if pre pay by debit card as company make the driver wait for 10 days then take 16% of fare leaving drivers short. Most of the original drivers have left. Rude unhelpful call centre staff. **Avoid this company**

My son gets a taxi from Bromsgrove to Reddicth for school and the driver is so good with the kids and the Escort Is so lovely too well done.
