    • Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

    • I've used Station Cars for a few years; they changed hands. Today, the driver had a melt down, screamed at me. I called the company, who's response was to ask why I was screamed at. The ins and outs don't really matter, I can't use a company I simply do not feel safe with. Give these jokers a miss.

    • Its like playing roulette. Sometimes your number comes up and the taxi is there on time. Other times you are waiting in a dark isolated car park at Langley station for the driver to turn up. Constantly being told that your car is on its way The best Ive experienced so far is being told that there are no cars available and then when i asked about other cab companies that I could use, I was told that he didnt know. I cant be the only one who called for a taxi this evening and more importantly which taxi firm does not know its local competition! Dont use unless youre desperate! And even then, if its safe to walk - walk!

    • Absolutely terrible pre booked a car and the taxi did not arrive, kept calling the office and kept saying that I would have to wait for an hour, a complete let down. Then made a complaint and the manager never called back after I repeatedly asked for him. Go to Windsor cars instead.

    • Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

    • It's rubbish the only reason I use it is because it's cheap. They once never even turned up and I waited 3 hour until the 1st train started running. And drivers end up over charging. Don't even use

    • If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!

    • Very disappointed as a regular customer to be charged £20 from Langley to Cippenham. Will not be using the cab service ever again. 711 711 charged us £7 this guy charged us more than double- ridiculous. Will be using 711 711 from now on. Don't book compass unless you want to be ripped off.
