Taxis in Kelty, Fife

Large grey estate car (unfortunately didnt get taxi number or would be reported to police for phone use while driving). Car stank of smoke, the driver had clearly been smoking before picking me up. While at lights and in (slow moving) traffic driver kept getting out his phone and checking facebook.

Doing 90 on the way back on dual carriage way. Saying he needed money upfront due to others bumping him
