    • what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

    • Very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Taxi came at 1.40 am to drop off a relative at the bus station. The man who takes bookings at the office during the day had assured me that my relative could wait in the taxi till his bus arrived at 2.10 am. Additional charges for waiting are £1 for every five minutes of waiting. When the taxi arrived, the driver said he had not been given any such instructions and that he had another job to rush to. My relative was left waiting in the cold and relatively unsafe city centre for 20 minutes till his bus arrived.

    • Very poor. Despite pre-booking cab left waiting at airport for 1.5 hours. Took numerous calls to chase up before one despatched. Very unhappy about service. Had no response to telephone complaint.

    • Swift Fox Cabs are hands-down the worst taxi company Ive ever used. I rang to book two taxis for ASAP. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, always talking in an exasperated tone and speaking to me as if I were stupid. She said the taxis would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes after I rang, the taxis still werent there so I rang back and spoke to a much nicer lady who explained that the taxis had been put down on the system to arrive at 2:30pm (I first rang at 1pm and asked for them ASAP). She brought the booking forward and said that they should be there within five to 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I rang for the second time, they still werent there so I rang for the third time. The first lady I spoke to answered again and said (without an apology for the delay) that one of the taxis was about five minute away and the other one could be up to 15 minutes. I cancelled the taxis and ordered Ubers instead, which arrived within five minutes. I will never use this firm again

    • 25 mins late for a booked taxi from Birmingham airport 17/10/16 flight Lh958, driver had a collection of lame excuses and Lies . Gatwick a year ago , day early driver phoned me in Vegas hotel saying I'm outside of airport , when realised the mistake he went back , turned up late for proper time/date , why my partner keeps booking them I don't know ? Trust me this is the last straw , they are always late , she as used them for years and stayed loyal but not anymore , if you want a bad end to your dream holiday book queens

    • I used this company last night very impressed with the service . Man on phone was lovely so helpful, rang me back to say he'd could get car to me quicker despite peak time. Driver was also great so nice to have a taxi with a service like it used to be. So many small companies been bought out by larger ones and loose the quality of service. Price for journey was cheaper than other local companies would definitely use a gain and recommend to others.Top Service.

    • Very very very sh** service Person who calls himself the boss is an arrogant pr!ck who doesn't know customer service if it smacked him in the face Taxi driver was a weed smoking Indian dude who thought it wud be great to turn up 20mins late n stinking of the stuff!!!!     • Have just been dropped off by Abdi, Driver 31, was such a friendly bloke, Ive had many journeys where the drivers are on their phones talking away and are not interested in having a conversation so I appreciate the customer service from him.     • Disgraceful. Complaining on behalf of four individual people. I walk into the taxi rank that little building in the middle of the road. A lady was in front of me and she waited patiently, we all started looking at each other wondering why the guy in reception was completely ignoring everyone. He was so rude! The lady had to ask if it was ok to speak! He never even looked up or acknowledged her. The people were shocked how ignorant he was. I then tried to order a taxi for an inured girl and again not looking up he said no, I said look she is not drunk, not bleeding but does need to get to a and e, he still did not want to know. Finally I managed to get the lady to hospital but he spoke to her like dirt. After work I had a taxi and left my phone in a cab. I rang and a passenger answered and said, "we are just around the corner, we will bring it back now". But the driver said no.The girls pleaded with him but to no avail. I waited an hour and a half and he dropped my phone back, I was so

    • Gone downhill recently and no longer reliable. We used them regularly for many years with no problems, but have had three bad experiences recently: on one occasion they failed to turn up to take my husband to the airport, on another their driver arrived saying he had not been told how much luggage we had despite us ringing twice to confirm details, and more recently they left us stranded at the airport in the middle of the night and when I rang them said that their driver did not know how to get to the airport without his satnav and had also had a flat tyre! I wonder if they have changed owner or management as they used to be excellent.

    • Poor appalling customer service , I'm new to the area spoke to a guy I was trying to explain which part of town I am. Then he cuts the phone and says another customer was calling in. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.He was just simply rude.
